We enjoyed ourselves immensely. It was so spacious and very clean. The pool was just right. The host are very attentive and have great communication. There were plenty of towels and blankets for use. I’m hoping g to book again!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to host my bachelorette celebration with 12 girls! Would highly recommend. Host was EXTREMELY responsive and made my whole trip incredible. I would HIGHLY recommend this place.

This house was great for a group of 15. Lots of space and the decor was so stylish. Loved that there were a few different bathrooms for that size group. Communication was very quick and easy. The location is also great, not far from a lot of great areas in Austin. We loved our stay here! No complaints and we recommend.

We had such a great time at this house! Process was super easy. The house is close to downtown so our cab rides were so cheap! House is beautifully decorated. Pool was clean & a great hangout, as well as the 3rd floor hangout spot.

e had a wonderful stay at this property! The home was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as pictured in the listing. It’s always great when a property lives up to expectations, and this one absolutely did.One of the biggest highlights was how much space the home offered. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, relax, and enjoy different areas of the property. Having multiple levels was a huge plus, giving everyone the flexibility to hang out together or find their own space. The layout made it easy to feel comfortable without ever feeling crowded.The location was also fantastic! We loved being within easy walking distance of local bars and restaurants, which made it convenient to explore the area without having to drive everywhere. Having so many options nearby really added to the overall experience.My only callout would be the additional fees for early check-in and late checkout. While I understand there may be a cost associated with these options, it’s something worth keeping in mind when planning your stay, especially if you’re hoping for a little extra flexibility with arrival or departure times.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and conveniently located place to stay. The home was exactly as advertised, the multiple levels and generous space were great, and the proximity to local restaurants and bars made everything that much easier. We would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO! It was a great size for our group. Decorated beautifully and loved all the different colors throughout the house. Short drive to downtown and walkable to some coffee shops and restaurants. Hot tub and pool were enjoyed by all!

Large clean house perfect for groups

Walking distance to many hot spots in East Austin, big pool and backyard, spacious bedrooms with plenty of room to hangout in common areas. Communication with host was easy and they accommodated an early checkin for a small fee. Would book the property again or recommend it to a friend

Guest Spaces was extremely easy to work with! Quick responses and eager to help us out! The house was gorgeous and just like the pictures! We were thrilled with this property from the moment we walked in the front door. The house is spacious and well equipped. The house is big and each room is furnished with a modern flare. The location is minutes from downtown Austin which worked out perfectly for our itinerary. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day of our vacation. Communication with the property manager was outstanding from start to finish. Without hesitation I give this property five stars and we will definitely rent again.

Outstanding location!

This house did not disappoint! Centrally located to nearby attractions! We were in town for the Pierce the Veil concert at the Moody Center. The food deliver services were easily available. Great communication with hosts. Offered add-ons are available and reasonably priced! The pool was a hit with the family! House was spotless and easy to find! We will definitely be staying in the near future!
