Very happy with the accommodation, and having the spa ready to go. Clean and tidy, spacious house was great. Close to shops etc

Great location for our purpose (near Ngā Puna Wai & close to Hornby).Perfect if you're travelling in a large group... layout provides option for different group spaces, and could use tv lounge as an additional bedroom.Not much external area, mainly taken up by the spa - which is a great asset! No real cooking essentials, just what others & us have left behind. So bring / buy what you need if you like to cook.A couple of things to remedy would make it outstanding ... but overall a solid option for a comfortable stay. Recommend
