TOP OF THE TOWER! Avalon Penthouse 3 is located on the very top floor of the Avalon Tower at The Beach Club! Book this one and enjoy a breathtaking "High Rise Penthouse View" of the sparkling Gulf of Mexico! AP3 is a three bedroom, three bath condo located right on the beach! You will love the high ceilings, granite counters and travertine floors throughout the condo. Relax in the huge jetted master tub or in the beautiful Avalon pool & hot tub or take a casual stroll over the boardwalk to a dazzling sugar white sand beach.
The king master bedroom has a direct gulf view and privately adjoins a double sink vanity with a walk-in closet and a large jetted tub. The queen guest room privately adjoins a full bath with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is furnished with a bunk offering a twin XL over a queen bed. All bedrooms have plenty of storage furniture, a flat screen TV and DVD player. All beds are made with white linen. There is an extra set near the sofa which has a queen sleeper bed.
The kitchen is well appointed with everything needed for meal preparation. The appliances are full size and includes a dishwasher. Coffee maker, blender, toaster, hand mixer and can opener are provided. The washer/dryer is conveniently located in the utility area.
Beds bath and kitchen linens are provided. Bring your beach towels. A "One Day" supply of these basic items are stocked for your convenience: paper towels, dish washing detergent, clothes detergent, a trash bag, toilet tissue, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Please bring your make up removal wipes.
Without additional fees, you may patron the fine dining restaurant and bar, with outdoor dining, located on the second floor of The Clubhouse and the salon and spa on the first floor of The Clubhouse. Also, you may patron the casual sports bar and restaurant, ice cream/coffee bar, and the beach supply and apparel shop near the entrance of the property. Seasonally, a tram runs throughout the property, but you may enjoy the scenic walk and stop off a very nice playground with slides and swings. Bring your bicycles or pack a basket ball, there is a basketball goal on the West end of the property. Also, you may rent beach loungers, pay for parasailing and other activities on the beach at the club desk. Loungers with umbrella rental prices vary based on the number of setups and days rented. However, inexpensive beach chairs and items can be purchased locally, but are not supplied by the owner.
The owner is a member of The Club, so the clubhouse private amenities are available with a daily fee which is to be paid in person at The Club Desk for the days you choose, if any. The price varies based on the number of days used, but for only one day, it is $45.00 per day per condo, not per person. Enjoy a Gulf View from the club's private amenities: Indoor pool, outdoor community pool with seasonal entertainment, hot tub, tiki bar and grill, and fitness center. The private amenities, also, include: Access to the luxurious separate ladies and gentleman's locker rooms with showers and saunas, world class clay tennis courts, children's activities, other poolside events and use of basketballs for the courts.

Vacation at the beach club
We have been coming here since I was a kid. We love how secluded the beach club is & away from downtown. The rooms are always nice & clean. We love it & will definitely be coming back every year!

Our vacation here could not have been better. We loved the convenience of everything being on the property. The home was perfect and the listing was exact. We will definitely be back!
The property was great! The beach was beautiful. The only complaints I have are some of the "updated" lights and things were difficult or not working properly. The slide doors to the balcony are difficult to open. The alarms downstairs went off almost constantly and the elevators inspections were out of date by a couple of weeks. However I would stay again, it was beautiful and the property had so much ocean view it was amazing!
We had a nice beach vacation at the Beach Club Avalon penthouse. There was plenty of space for 4 adults, the beds were very comfortable. The elevators were very hot & uncomfortably noisy. Screaming cheerleaders at the pool at 9:45pm could be heard from the penthouse since there was a cheer camp at the resort. The TV’s took around 20 minutes to turn on the Wally service takes a long time. The A/C and ceiling fans were wonderful after a hot day on the beach. Also couldn’t figure out how to turn on shower in second bathroom with tub/shower combo. Thank you for letting us stay!
This is a beautiful view and beautiful property! It fit our family of 7 perfectly! Even though it is the penthouse, we rarely spent anytime on the elevator! It’s super fast! There were just a couple of extremely minor issues that I felt the owner would like to know. However, I didn’t receive a reply. And it’s possible she didn’t receive the text. I believe communication is a great asset for any business. We did receive an email when the water was out for a few hrs for repair. This was greatly appreciated. If renting Avalon Penthouse pack your hair dryers. 😉In a nutshell I highly recommend this property!
I booked this property based on listing description of available beds. After booking, listing was changed to delete one bed. I contacted the manager and after going back and forth on clarification she ghosted me- no effort to make it right. So we came and lo and behold the sofa bed described in the listing was not a sofa bed at all. So now we’re short two beds for our party. Upon arrival I called her about a non functioning light in a bedroom. She promised me a maintenance person the next day. No one ever showed for the duration of our stay. We thought it looked nice and clean however after a couple of days the sheets came off the bed and the comforter that was inside was filthy. Dishes were put away dirty and we had to rewash. All in all, we LOVED the beach club and the condo but management I would NOT recommend. I was deceived not once but twice and we had a bad experience trying to sleep our party with not enough beds. Just don’t do it. We have stayed at the beach club several times and there are better options than dealing with this management company. This listing cannot be trusted. I gave every opportunity for her to fix or help but was totally ignored.

This condo comfortably sleeps 7 in beds and has a large sofa but no sleeper bed. The pictures clearly show the bedding arrangement. No bed was missing. The guest registered 7 adults but either misread the listing or confused it with another condo or added a few more guests. Maintenance tech did arrive and moved a lamp to the bedroom because a specialty LED bulb for the ceiling fan had to be ordered. My cleaning staff promises satisfaction and their contact info is provided. This is great condo, but it only a 3-bedroom/3-bath condo.
The condo is in a beautiful location and being in the penthouse is topnotch. The kitchen and baths were well equipped and nicely done. My only complaint is that the furniture is not what u expect. It looked like the owners cleaned out Granny's house and filled the place up. Placement was also strange. The deck offered the most amazing view but no comfortable chairs for viewing it...that was disappointing😣.... Just did not have the beachy or resort feel. Pam Martin is topnotch though...had a small issue after checking in and it was handled pronto.
The views from this penthouse were beautiful so that was a plus. The location of this is actually in Or very close to Fort Morgan and isn’t in Gulf Shores like we thought so we were disappointed with that. We had friends staying in Orange Beach so it was a half hour drive to them. Food trucks outside the property were really cool despite only three out the 6 being open. The furnishings and appliances are VERY outdated. Wouldn’t suggest if I had little ones.The clubhouse is really nice however, that should come with reneging the condo but it’s not. There’s an extra fee for it.
We love the Beach Club and have stayed at many of the condos there. This one was very nice and the management was very accommodating. However, we did have an issue with the dishwasher not working and could not get maintenance to return our call. I believe this was due to it being a holiday weekend.
We did notice that the dishes in the cabinets had looked unwashed when we first used them and believe it was from whomever unloaded the dishwasher had maybe not noticed that the dishwasher was not working. Also the floors were pretty dirty. We noticed this as soon as we kicked off our shoes and the bottoms of our feet got black pretty quickly the first night. The rest of the condo was very nice and clean.
The management was very friendly and seemed to want to help to make our stay great.

Clean. Big. Fancy. Comfortable
We had a blast. Elevators were a hassle as there weren't enough for the amount of people staying in the building. The power outage we had for 8hours out of one of the days was inconvenient ergo the 4 stars....it gets hot with no a/c. The biggest negative was the beach umbrella service. Dom was excellent but his helpers weren't able to help without calling management on a mixup they had with our chairs. Another negative is that the beach club is miles away from any kind of gulf shores activities or orange beach fishing. Loved the amenities but was not a fan of the location. We had fun but for this to be a fantastic 5 stars the resturants need better food and the club house needs to be a part of the rental. Upcharging for using the club house is kinda a joke. Very cruise shippy...you pay for extra activites. Research it before you rent so you know about the extra costs to use the club house. Landlord was helpful and friendly. She has an incredible condo with every amenity possible. Very nice
