Excellent villa with every extra provided including 4 beach chairs and umbrella. This is ideally located at just less than 10 minutes to the glorious beaches on Anna Marie Island.

Property was located in a quiet residential area. It was convenient to restaurants and shopping.The pool was nice with heated hot tub optional.We only needed 2 bedrooms but decided to stay here due to reviews, location and pool for our birthday trip.We met a wonderful gentleman who handled the yard maintenance. He could have been the highlight of our stay.. VERY outgoing and helpful.

This house was perfect for our family, the kids loved the pool. The outdoor pool area was very enjoyable and easy to cook and still watch the kids swim. The kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of beach toys/ pool toys.

The pool was perfect. We paid to heat the pool 2nd week of April which was perfect for when we got back from the beach. Kitchen had plenty to cook with!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay @ this gorgeous and spacious home. It was well stocked with utensils, dishes , full 12 cup coffee maker or one cup pods . This open spacious home was welcoming and the outdoor pool area was beautiful with the convenience of one of the bathroom doors leading out to the pool. Someone really gave a lot of thought to details on this open concept home. One small note: the jacuzzi jets went out no fault of anyone and we reported it to the owner and they sent someone out to fix it and we only had two days without jets but it still had heat and we got a text saying that they credited us back 50 dollars for the inconvenience. Wonderful owner to work with! We will definitely be coming back ! Thanks again for our wonderful visit.

Amazing Place to stay!

So I booked this place for 5 nights for my wife and kids and my mother in law for vacation. It was my first time going to Florida and my wife originally wanted a place on the beach. But we decided because of price to get a place like this. It was like half the price and I will say I’m sooooo glad we did. This was the best decision ever. We were only 15 minutes from the beach! Tons of local places to eat around the area, and the best part was this house had everything we needed. An enclosed privacy pool was the best thing we didn’t know we really needed. To be able to just wake up and go get in the pool and then get out and eat breakfast and get ready for the day was perfect. Other than buying the food, this place has everything we needed from mixer, to cooking utensils to pots and pans. It was absolutely perfect. We had an issue with the remote not working for the fan in the master bedroom the first night so there was no air circulation and I emailed them and they had someone out right away to fix it. My wife also accidentally left the garage door open and the neighbors noticed and called the owners to let them know. I was at the home so it was totally okay but it was good comfort to know that the neighborhood was very safe and looked out for each other this is an amazing place to stay and to be honest when we go back to Florida we will probably book with this company again at the same place or somewhere very similar. Highly recommend.
