We love this place! Everything was easy as far as check-in. The place was immaculately clean and had everything we could have hoped for including beach chairs and umbrellas. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone and will love to come back.

Very clean unit, plenty of utensils and appliances in the kitchen for our use. Plenty of beach toys in the deck box with umbrellas and beach chairs to use. Great communication from Pensacola Beach Properties. Parking spot was right next to the stairs for this unit (1st level, but is on stilts so there are stairs. Perfect for our family of four with two small kids.Only a two-minute walk to the beach, and he pool view can get noisy but was really quiet overall!

Happy the beach toys, umbrellas, and chairs in the deck box were useful and that the parking spot next to the stairs (first level on stilts) worked well for your family. Glad our communication was helpful and that the two-minute walk to the beach was convenient. Sorry the pool-view area could get a bit noisy at times but pleased it was overall quiet. Three ice trays in fridge but no ice bucket. Ice maker did not work. It was a pain to keep buying over priced bags of ice. Location was great. Kitchen was fully furnished with everything we needed.

Villas on the Gulf H-5

This condo was a bit outdated for our taste, but it was very clean, and the kitchen was so well stocked with everything imaginable! The beach was literally a 3 mil. walk and The Local market was sublime! There were furnished beach chairs and sand toys available, We enjoyed the closeness of the smaller space with our teens! Def recommend!!

The location of this property is absolutely perfect! Literally steps from the beach... Decently equipped kitchen provided everything we needed during our stay. The beach chairs barely functioned and there wasn't an umbrella. We made due, but it was a bit of a bummer...

Nice and Quiet

Really enjoyed staying at this location. We’re from Baldwin County, Alabama and we’re looking for something nice and quiet. This definitely met all of our expectations. Super clean and located away from the main beachfront. I think the only “con” I have is that the beds were super firm but then again there’s no bed like your own, Lol. Overall we loved this little spot and will definitely be back!
