We’re sorry we couldn’t accommodate an early check-in and late checkout. The home is 7,500 square feet, with 10 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and 2,000 square feet of gathering space. It takes four cleaners approximately four to six hours to prepare the home properly between reservations, so the full turnover window is necessary. Thank you for staying with us. We work hard to provide a five-star experience, though some scheduling limitations are outside our control.

We had a family reunion at this location and could not hav been happier! It is close to our favorite places in Garden city and the hosts were great to work with. Highly recommended.

Great place. Lots of small issues.

Lots of room. We had a big group and we all fit great. Close to town, great views. A lot of wildlife came right next to the house, and the kids had plenty to entertain themselves. Overall great place, however.There was a million box elder bugs on the house, and a lot of them inside. They are harmless and didnt bother us too much. However there were mousetraps all over and within reach of kids. One had a dead mouse in it. We also found droppings in one bathroom, on the stair trim, and unfortunately on top of two of the beds. I let the owner know, but he never messaged me back. We could only find one set of extra linens, and there were barely any towels. Also, the projector was hanging from packing tape and wasnt pointing correctly at the wall. And finally, the beds were pretty stiff.If those items were addressed, this would be an easy five star house to stay at.

Wonderful time with all my family

We had a family reunion with my entire family. It was amazing, there was plenty of room for all 32 of us. The place was clean and the kids loved the hot tub and the play area. I would really recommend this place.

Great Reunion House

We loved having our family reunion at Elks Ridge Retreat! There were 26 of us there and we all had our own space, which was so nice! The kids were constantly entertained...especially with the bounce house and basketball court! The views of the lake were stunning! We would stay here again.

Beautiful home perfect for children and teens

We loved our stay here. We held a family reunion that was just under the max occupancy and the house worked perfect for us. The children and teens loved it and there were plenty of rooms and bathrooms for the adults. Everything worked well and was better than described.
