We loved staying here! Great open areas for us to get together and have a great time! Plenty of beds for kids and lots to do to keep them entertained. The garage game room was an extra bonus that we loved! We will for sure be back again sometime!
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Coeur d’Alene! We had our parents 50th anniversary celebration there and it accommodated all of our family very well! I would very highly recommend this property!
We have stayed here several times and it always a blast! This year we had a small hiccup and they were there that afternoon to get it fixed. Great people!
This property was perfect for our family of 23 with room to spare. Very clean and comfortable. My grandchildren are already saying that we need to come back again.
It’s a beautiful property. Very well maintained and so many cool details in the finishing. We didn’t have time to use the theater, but everyone loved it and all of the game activities. Beds were very comfortable. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen.
We loved staying at this house! There were 22 of us and we enjoyed plenty of space in all the rooms-the treehouse bedroom was a favorite. We especially appreciated having 2 stoves and 2 refrigerators. Thanks for creating such a fun and comfortable vacation home!
We used this house for our men's retreat and it was great. There was plenty of room for our meetings. There were a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms to meet our needs. The owner was easy to work with. The only slight complaint was the lack of a pantry to store the tubs of food and supplies we brought.
There were so many things to do at the house that we didn't even do everything. Our favorite thing was the pickleball court. The hot tub was perfect. The movie theater room was very cool and comfortable. The kitchen setup was amazing. The view of the lake and mountains was absolutely beautiful. We would love to stay here again! Thank you!
What a fun place to go. The water was too cold to play in the first few days but there were other activities to keep us entertained until we could go in the water
It had everything we could ever need. I wish I had booked one more night so we could have enjoyed more of the amenities the house offered. It was spacious and had great access to the lake. Everyone had a great time.
Truly one of the coolest spots I’ve visited in Utah. This property had an incredible location overlooking the lake, along with amenities and entertainment for all to enjoy. Not to mention plenty of individual beds for everyone to have!! Which was so important. Hope to be back!
We had a great time staying here for our family reunion. We especially loved the pickleball court and the fire pit and the kids loved the theater room and the games in the garage . The kitchen setup was very accommodating to feed a large crowd and was very well stocked with everything we needed. The host was very nice and communicative. The house was clean. I liked the location of the house too because it was just a 5 min drive to garden city but close to some hiking trails in Logan canyon. Would definitely stay here again.
I don’t have enough good to say about our stay here! The house is gorgeous with an incredible view of the lake. The house was clean and so spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed to feed us all. The grassy backyard, fire pit, and pickle ball court were highlights for us. It’s an amazing property that fit all of us with room to spare. We will definitely come back to this property!!
My entire family spent our Christmas at this property and it was unforgettable! There was plenty of room for all the individual families and the grandkids LOVED the tree room of bunk beds. The christmas decorations were wonderful and the view of Bear Lake is gorgeous. The host was very quick to respond and kind enough to let us check in early. There is so much fun to have at this property with a pool table, theater room, ping pong table, and hot tub. It was lovely to have snow on Christmas, but if it was warm outside we wouldve loved the pickleball court! We had a fantastic time:)
This house was very nice. It was the best we have ever stayed in. We've been staying as a family in 6 different locations/houses, and this is the best one. We loved the layout, the size, the number of rooms, bathrooms, the lawn for our kids to play on, the double refrigerators and stoves, and so much more. The Wi-Fi was strong and worked for all our devices. The theater room was amazing, and it was so much fun to watch a movie on the big screen. There were so many things about this place that we liked. The owner was very responsive to our messages, and the house was ready when we arrived (even though a little early), and it was clean. I would recommend this place to anyone staying in the Bear Lake area. The view is excellent, the parking was plenty big for all of us. Good experience. The kids all loved the 'tree room.'
This home was ideal for our family group of 18. (Though more could comfortably stay there.) It’s clean and comfortable and just beautiful! The older folks got to sleep in the two suites whatupstairs, while the younger families with kids were in the spacious basement rooms. We appreciated the 5.5 bathrooms, clean linens, plentiful bunk beds, and well-stocked kitchen. The kids loved the tree room! I loved the deck with a view. Something that was very handy that I don’t see in many rental properties was all the hooks to hang towels on, both in the bedrooms and bathrooms. We come to Bear Lake every August and this is one of the best properties we’ve stayed at. We especially appreciated how close it is to the Limber Pine Trail. That’s a beautiful 1.2 mile hike that’s good for all ages. And of course it’s plenty close to the shake shops as well!

Fun Family Getaway
We were there with our family of 11 adults and 11 children ranging from 3 to 15.
It really had everything that kept our family happy. We used the hot tub, the pickleball court, the garage was a hit with our kids as they played ping pong and b-ball shoot. The extra washer and dryer units were handy as we had towels from bear lake.
The kitchen was wonderful having 2 fridges with freezers and then an additional small deep freeze in the garage. The lawn made it fun for our family games. we never got around to using the fire pit. Our oldest grand kids loved the tree room bunk house. there were more beds than we used, so we just had a great stay.
