Excellent location, easy beach access and beautiful sunset from the balcony. Very nice on site management. Look forward to another stay here.

Call the hotel directly and ask about availability. They might be more apt to work with you. The staff was great. We stayed facing the intercoastal waterway (facing west) and it was probably better than facing the ocean because you can't really see the ocean. There is easy access to the beach and dining. Drive to UNCW is 13 minutes. Staff was great. Room worked out fantastic. It was clean and plenty big enough. Parking was ample and not a problem. We booked again for this coming weekend.
