Cozy Silverlake Home with City Views

Amazing views of the city. Enjoy the beautiful sunrise in the morning and the downtown lights in the evening. The house is located on a very quiet street Our place has a great kitchen with brand new appliances. There is a very large private deck just off the kitchen . We can accommodate 3-4 comfortably. The bedroom has a King bed which can sleep 2. The sofa in Living Room has a pull out Queen bed which can sleep 2.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

I'm very passionate about music volunteer at KCRW and attend many concerts. We are 15-20 minutes from most music & theatre venues

Why they chose this property

I moved into Silverlake in 2001 Its a great neighborhood and love the bohemian feel that Silverlake has to offer. There are many artists & musicians that live in the area.

What makes this property unique

I love the downtown views from my property and big backyard.
