It is an older home ,steps were small with a unique bathroom downstairs. It was very,very clean,nicely remodeled ,great air conditioning ,comfy beds . The host responded quickly and kindly. A little fawn came to visit the first day ,walked right into the yard. I would definitely recommend

This was the perfect property for us while spending time in Duluth for the airshow and other activities. The secluded property was spacious, with a large living room and multiple bedrooms. The kitchen's newer appliances all worked, and the host had a K-cup coffee machine with numerous K-cups in addition to a drip coffee pot. My grandson worked on the property's puzzles and even finished one.This property was simply delightful!

Great location

The house is so near Pike Lake golf and the Miller Hill Mall area, beautiful views from the great room and kitchen porch eating area, very well appointed kitchen, however there are no bedrooms on the main floor and quite a few stairs if you have family members with mobility concerns

Sailboat stay

It was a nice property very well stocked and clean. Downstairs was very cold so had to have upstairs warm so we wouldn’t freeze downstairs and you need to adjust screen door to deck grill area wouldn’t open more then half way so hard to grill but we managed.

Duluth / North Shore Getaway

Enjoyed the house. Living space was comfortable and cozy and easily accommodated our group of five. The kitchen had everything all the supplies for our cooking needs. Wifi was easily accessible. TV easy to navigate. We couldn't use the outside space because of inclement weather, but it looked very welcoming. Location was good to access area attractions. If you can handle stairs, this is the place for you! Would definitely book this space again!

Property was good and as described. Basement bedroom was cold, even after changing the thermostat. Some door hinges need some oil (loud squeaks). Upstairs bathroom serves 3 bedrooms with two doors (one to the master bedroom). A little odd, but, just the way the upstairs was laid out.Lots of room. Backyard was nice space for kids.
