Amazing. The condo was super clean and perfectly located for the area We ordered a food delivery and the concierge accepted it as the delivery arrived before we did. Security was great and using the door app was easy to figure out.

Quaint apartment 20 minute walk to Broadway. Super comfortable mattresses on all the beds. Delightful concierge (Lawrence) that was full of helpful information. Great app for accessing the entrance, elevator and apartment that was simple to share with all the girls in our party-easy to use.

Excellent stay

We had an excellent stay at the hyve- would for sure stay again. Short walk to Broadway, was a little nervous walking past the mission the first few times but we had no issues.

The unit was fantastic. Clean, great amenities, comfortable…all great things. Unfortunately like all units in the area it was near the train track and could be loud for some at night.
