Absolutely loved our first trip to Passa Grille

We loved our first visit to Passa Grille. The apartment was spotless. Our host Katie was excellent. Very accommodating. We love the Gulf now. The water was clear and I loved the shelling. We love the small town feel and the beauty of the island. We will be back.

Dreamy time at the beach

I am more than happy that we got to stay at this property! I used to live in the area and was really excited to come back. To find something this beautiful in my price range was great! The property was right by the besch, clean and has everything we could have asked for. Even multiple extra sheets and towels. Katie was a sweetheart and always ready to help and was quick to answer any questions.

Relaxing week long get away

This adorable apartment was such a surprise finding! My husband and I were looking for a relaxing stay near the beach in Pass-A-Grille. It was perfect for our stay. Just across the street from the beach. Quite. Nicely furnished. Well stocked kitchen. Short walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The owner was so attentive. She left the light on for us as we arrived after dark. She graciously shared her cell phone contact and told us to call or text if we needed anything at all. When I text her after I accidentally locked ourselves out, she came over and let us in and was so kind about it. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation. I would return to this property without hesitation! Great stay!! Beautiful area!

Perfect for two!

This was our second stay and was not disappointed! Great place for a couples getaway. Just the right size and nice views since it is on the second level. The owner is very responsive and helpful. I am sure we will be back again!

Katie is very attentive! Location is 10 stars. Feels very cozy and secluded even being right across from the white sand beach. This is our 3rd year staying here.

Relaxing vacation

Great place to relax and unwind. This place is at the end of the island so a lot less traffic. This unit is above a garage attached to the main house with a good view of the Gulf and across the street from the beach. Katie the owner was very responsive to any questions we had. We definitely recommend this place, and we would love to come back.

Very Relaxing

Perfect amount of room for two. Nice private entrance. We loved being at the end of the beach. Away from the more crowded areas. It was a short walk to restaurants. There were a few minor issues that the owner handled very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to return to this property soon!

Perfect Beach Location

This was a perfect space for the two of us at the end of Pass-A-Grill beach. It was very clean and well stocked and the owner was very responsive. She called to let me know after my flight had landed that the unit was ready.

All you need!

2nd year renting this property. Katie communicates very well with her guests. This proerty has all that we need including a washer/dryer, beach chairs and umbrella. The property is clean and Katie is keeping up with maintenance and improvements. The property is within walking distance of 6 restaurants. . .this is such an easy vacation spot especially with the white sand beach right across the street. The best deal in Pass-A-Grill!

Perfect location

This property is located perfectly in the unique Pass-a-Grille area of St. Pete’s Beach. It is At the quiet end of town across the street from the beach and within walking distance to town center with great Restaurants and Beach bar. The apt is beachy, cute, and basically comfortable, with perfect views of the Sunset right from the windows. The absolutely perfect location certainly gives much added value to this unit, and along with the attention of the owners makes it a very desirable place to stay.

This cottage was fully stocked with everything we needed for our stay. For the kitchen, the beach, even the laundry. Lovely stay

Great location. We could see the ocean from the kitchen. The unit had everything you could possibly need. So quiet. Very clean and comfortable. Owners were so very helpful. Perfect place for two. Full size couch, bright kitchen, nice size bedroom. You could walk out the door and cross the street to the beach or the bay. Sunsets from the kitchen window. Like a little house with no one above, or on the sides. Always looking for this kind of unit. Would definitely stay again.

July on the beach

You cannot beat the location and the graciousness of the hostess. For those seeking a relaxing vibe on a picturesque swimming beach with nearby entertainment and necessities, this is a solid choice. The accommodations include comfortable air conditioning and a fully appointed kitchen and laundry. Beach accessories too!

Perfect apartment

Very responsive and accommodating owners. Beautifully renovated well appointed apartment. Wonderful gulf view. Steep staircase may be challenging for older or less mobile renters. Would definitely recommend to prospective renters and would rent again.

An awesome vacation!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It is in a perfect location. It is very close to the beach and fishing jetty and a short walking distance to the restaurants and shops. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided. The view from the unit was beautiful. Katie was immediately available when we had questions. We will definitely return. We also were able to look at the two bedroom first floor portion of the house. It was very nice, as well and had an awesome deck.

What makes this property unique

Sleepy little town. No swim shops. Not crowded. Its like your own private beach. Best ice cream shop around is 6 blocks away. Paradise Sweets. Yum
Our house is situated in a residential part of town. Great for an easy going relaxing stay. Stroll across the street to the beach with your morning coffee or sit on the couch at side of house and watch the sun set.
