Relax in the sunny courtyard under the trees or hide yourself away in the cabin built for 2. Renovated with brand new queen mattress our self contained studio with Shoalhaven River at the end of the street and a 3 minute drive to the rolling surf Seven Mile Beach. Studio sleeps 2 . R/c air conditioning, TV, wifi, kitchen, bathroom and outdoor area including fire pit in cooler months. Want to bring more guests? Book Barefoot Cottage + Studio @ The Heads listing adjacent which sleeps 6 more and permits children & pets.

Parking is on street and free 24/7. Off street parking is reserved for cottage guests only unless you are booking both Studio and Cottage.

The main cottage has external cameras with back to base alarm monitoring for guests and property security. There are no internal cameras in Studio or Cottage. Any recordings are automatically wiped 30 days after recording. For additional privacy audio is switched off.

Quiet times are 10pm-7am. Please respect neighbours quiet enjoyment. There are local pubs, clubs and parks better suited for entertaining and gatherings.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Hang up wet towels on the bathroom railings, and hooks. There is no need to make any beds.
Remove all rubbish to the red lid bin located in front of the studio.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All guests must be listed on booking (max 2). No day visitors without prior host approval at time of booking, fee $20ppd visitor.
No dog to be left unattended at property. Dog max weight 10Kg.
All bookers and guests must be 21 or over.

The simple little touches like Eggs, Bread and butter upon arrival. Close to Pub up the road, but far enough away from noise.choice of Takeaway walking distance.Great flat walking tracks next to the water. Lots of choice for Dog off the leash runs.

Comfortable studio for two + pooch.

The Studio is set up very well, clean, comfortable with all you need. Great area for walks along the river, lovely Botanical Gardens near by. Short car ride to the beach. Close to the Heads Hotel. Short car trip or a good walk to Bowlo & Golf club. Host Frances is great to deal with. We enjoyed our stay, would recommend.

Great Pet Friendly Unit

Unit was clean, comfortable, well stocked.Bed and shower good. Had everything we needed as well as our dog. Pet bowls ,bed, blanket, toilet bags supplied if required. Easy walk to great swimming for dogs down at the river and hotel.Short drive or longer walk to the beach. Located at the rear of another property with small courtyard, surrounded by other properties. Easy self check in. Great communication from host Frances who also left some adult treats which was a nice touch. Would recommend for a great pet friendly getaway.
