Enjoy your oceanfront condo with panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico! This unit has the biggest balcony available at Pelican Beach -complete with dining table and 4 chairs. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee while you admire the sunrise over the gorgeous water of the Emerald Coast!
** Unit #813 has just been FULLY RENOVATED which features new furniture, 55 inch smart tv, new carpet in bed rooms, new bedding and linens, paint and upgrades throughout. Kitchen has granite counter tops, maple cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Our dining room table seats six and our breakfast bar features additional seating. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean from the Master Bedroom which features a sliding door to the balcony, king size bed, flat screen TV/DVD player and private master bath. Our Guest bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen TV/DVD, Westerly sunset view and attached bath. This unit also has a washer and dryer INSIDE the unit which makes it very convenient.
**I also pay my cleaning service to do a “deep clean” between all renters. All bedding(quilts, mattress covers, pillows, etc ) are washed – not just the sheets. ( I hate it when I go to a hotel and the first thing I do is pull off the duvet cover because I know they don’t wash it every time!) :(
This condo has the "Deluxe Plus" rating for Pelican Beach Rentals. Fireworks that are are shot off weekly over the Destin Harbor can be viewed from your front balcony! Conveniently situated in the Heart of Destin across the street from the BIG KAHUNA Water Park. SECURITY GUARD at entrance, COVERED parking, two tennis courts, movie rentals, game room, cafe, BBQ area and kiddie pool. Enjoy the TIKI bar overlooking the beach and the INDOOR/OUTDOOR heated pool with waterfall. Work-out in on site EXCERCISE room. Enjoy a glass of wine in the HOT TUB or relax on the large sun deck. Theme parks, numerous golf courses, excellent restaurants, and shopping are all just minutes away.The condo features a keyless entry- no key to pick up or send back and forth, and no key to worry about losing at the beach. Enjoy the Southeast's most beautiful beachs and all the resort amenities that Pelican Beach has to offer!!
I provide games and movies for rainy day back ups. I can also provide beach chairs and sand toys so you don't have to bring those with you or purchase them. I am local and try to make sure that everything is perfect for your vacation.

My husband and I have 3 grown kiddos and have just recently retired from the military after a great 24 years of service. We were stationed all over the world and had some fantastic adventures but fell in love with the sugary white beaches of Destin! We decided to buy a condo on the beach to share with family and friends! When we are not using the condo for personal time, we are happy to rent it out to share the great beaches of the Emerald Coast with other families!

Why they chose this property

I know that when I vacation, staying in a really nice place is as important to me as the location. I don't like it when it looks like the rental places have left over furniture and old linens in it. :( So, we have renovated the condo from top to bottom to make sure that this is a place people would LOVE to relax in after a full day at the beach. New linens, bedding, furniture--everything is brand new and updated!! We have complimentary beach chairs and toys- so you can head right down to the beach and start your vacation.

What makes this property unique

We looked at many, many condos before buying this one. This unit is directly on the ocean. The location is perfect! Right in the heart of Destin, so you can actually walk to quite a few of the restaurants and entertainment hot spots. Also being a "full service" resort- means that you have free access to amenities that the other condos in the area don't. 3 pools, full gym, tennis courts, movie rentals, hot tub, sun deck, cafe, on site convenience store, security, outdoor grill area and picnic pavilion, tiki bar--
We also purposely chose our unit as the great views it has of the weekly fireworks! Every week a fantastic fireworks display is shot off over the harbor which can be viewed perfectly from the front balcony of our condo! No need to drive over there, grab your glass of wine (or sodas and popcorn for the kids) and watch the show!! We as owners, also live in the area, so we are available for any questions or needs that may arise. We know you will enjoy the condo as much as we do...
