Our experience at this property was extremely disappointing and frustrating. The space was completely misrepresented in the listing. What was presented in the listing was far from what we actually received. The room we were placed in was absolutely tiny, very dark, and located in the basement—something that was never disclosed beforehand. This caused significant discomfort and inconvenience. We then raised the issue and requested to be moved to the room we originally paid for, the staff charged us at the end extra. This was absolutely disgraceful and felt like an unfair exploitation of the situation. Overall, this property failed to meet even basic expectations, and their lack of transparency and poor customer service made our stay a regrettable experience. We would not recommend this place to anyone.

Vi fik bid fra væglus, og det varme vand var lukket den ene dag. Det ødelagde hele vores tur da vi opdagede at vi havde fået væglus!

Svært vanskelig å få koden for å komme seg inn i leiligheten, brukte 1 time på dette. Når vi først kom oss inn var vi svært fornøyd med selve leiligheten. Litt skitten sofa, ellers var den stor og pen. Svæt bra beliggenhet, lett og komme seg til gamlebyen, markedshallen og nybyen.

We had some problems with check in due to travel delays and poor internet service, but a very nice recptionist (Karina - tank´s) came by and helped us even though the reception was closed. The apparment was very nice and clean, and I like the central location.

Dejlig oplevelse i Riga

Kommunikation med hotellet var super fint og venligt. Lejligheden flot. Vi var 5 personer - lige småt nok til 5, men hvis blot det er til overnatning går det fint. Ligger perfekt placeret til alt. Man skal være obs på, at daglig rengøring ikke er inkluderet ligesom håndklæder alene skiftes ved ophold over 7 dage. Der er dog en vaskemaskine man kan anvende. Man kan også tilkøbe rengøring. Eneste minus, men desværre et ret stort minus, var larm om natten fra måger, som forstyrrede nattesøvnen meget. Hvis bortses fra de larmende måger var alt perfekt.

Siisti ja uudenveroinen huoneisto

En saanut kirjautumisohjeita kuin vasta erikseen pyydettäessä. Jouduin lähettämään useita viestejä ja soittamaan asiakaspalveluun, koska esim. huoneen QR-koodi ei saapunut, eikä myöskään ovikoodi. Kylpyhuone haisi niin voimakkaasti viemäriltä, että se alkoi jo vaikuttaa asumismukavuuteen. Muuten huoneisto oli erittäin siisti ja kaikki oli uutta ja muita osin kaikin puolin hyvässä kunnossa. Kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi, mutta jotain pitäisi tehdä tuolle viemärille…

Loistava sijainti. Erittäin siisti ja hiljainen asunto, kaikki oli uutta. Kaikki tarvittava asunnossa. Makuuhuone oli hyvin pieni, mutta riitti kyllä yhdelle hengelle. Sähköposteihin vastattiin nopeasti. Ehkä olisi ollut hyvä olla jonkinlainen "huonekirja", johon koottuna kaikki tarpeellinen tieto, mm miten maksetaan minibaariostokset. Sisäänkirjautuminen QR-koodilla toimi hyvin.
