This smoke-free condo resort features 5 outdoor pools, a restaurant and 2 poolside bars. Free WiFi in public areas is provided, as well as free self parking, a free area shuttle and a free theme park shuttle. Beautiful resort with lots of amenities. Plenty of parking close to the condo. The condo it’s self was well presented and spotlessly clean. The bed was very comfortable. The only downside was the amount of plates, mugs, glasses etc. there were literally 4 of everything a few more glasses would have saved putting the dishwasher on when it was only half full.

Stayed in Aug 2022. Property was fine as a base for the theme parks, maybe a little far from universal (the I4 gets busy). Looked a little tired but staff were nearly always excellent. Beware the sales pitch welcome talk. We declined it and suddenly the concierge was dismissive. Room was adequate and local supermarkets good. Note that both Aldi and Walmart much cheaper than Publix.

We love this resort, it has such a relaxed atmosphere. The accommodation is spacious, clean and quiet. Amenities are great and there is a shuttle bus to take you to Magic Kingdom where you can make your way to the other parks, however, we fond it quicker to use Uber as there was always one minutes from where we were. All in all it is a fantastic place to stay.

Clean and tidy , Great pools I was in units overlooking the villa’s which were very noisy at night with people staying in the hot tub and pool till 4am in the morning

booked luxury accomodation, however,inside facilities tired, holes in walls, holes in bath towels. we had asked for late check out , but disappointed when the cleaning staff took it upon themselves to enter the room whist we were still there wanting to clean.... then decided to sit outside our room until we had departed. felt this was a bit intimidating. also, the free transportation to disney parks was poor, disappointing choice of times both out and back, running late

Amazing Vacation!

We have visited Orlando several times but first time with my toddler and we had the most amazing time we were sad to leave! The condo was everything we needed and kept so well, the pool areas immaculate and staff friendly. We can’t wait to go back maybe the end of the year! Highly recommend!

Summer Bay Resort

Amazing resort for families. Lots of activities including basketball court, tennis court, adventure water park with a zip line and 5/6 pools to keep the kids busy if you have a day off from the parks. They have a small cinema, Starbucks, restaurants, jet skiing on the lake and a gymnasium. The rooms were clean and roomy. Staff very friendly. They even have transportation to pick you up to travel around the resort. Buses to Disney and Universal. Very close to Publix and Dennys ( they even drop you off and pick up after) very satisfied with our 13 night stay there. Definitely will being booking there again.

Each block has its own pool, which meant most of the time it was near enough empty. Everything was always kept clean. Breakfast included was good, simple choice but it's all you need. Fitness facilities good, although the small cardio room in building one has no Aircon so you get a right sweat on in there. The only major down side which may not be necessarily the hotel's fault is the shuttle buses to the parks aren't regular enough, especially to universal. For universal it's a 12 hour day, which is fine but if you have a flexy ticket to go back as many times as you want, you don't want to have to be trapped in the park for 12 hours to wait for the shuttle, which was late most of the time.

excellent home away from home

The properties are in an excellent location near to restaurants and shops also not far from the Disney theme parks, The resort is massive with plenty of pools, things to do and places to eat and drink We were a bit worried that we would be forced to go on a timeshare presentation which we had seen several negative reviews about but when asked I firmly said no and that was it The only drawback we had was there must have been a family with young children staying directly above us and they were running about from early morning till late at night but maybe we were just unlucky But overall a great resort and we would stay again
