Good views,clean rooms (but dated).Check in issues

Mixed feelings about this resort. We found on arrival that our Expedia reservation had been cancelled by the hotel apparently - even though it was still active on my Expedia app. (and they confirmed that they were not aware of any cancellation). Some reception staff and the manager were very helpful in sorting out this problem but one particular member of reception staff had a huge attitude problem and caused us more upset. Eventually a room was found for us but at first they tried to charge us rack rate, until the manger intervened. The apartment had a comfortable bedroom and good views but bore no resemblance to the photos of the upgraded accommodation I had booked. It was in need of some refurbishment. Our experience certainly wouldn't encourage us to go again or to recommend this resort.

Excellent location and break

Staying here came at the end of an excellent 2.5 week holiday and the overall experience maintained the standard of the excellent break we had enjoyed. Will not hesitate to return. Perfect location for golf fans.

Better than expected.

Great staff. Massive room. brilliant facilities. Pool area is clean and all the sports are free. Plus basket balls are on the courts. Tennis rackets and balls are free to use on the courts. Towels for the pool. Free coffee in reception. Fair prices on all the items on the little shop. Free parking. Peacefull area. We were delighted.

A little old and very basic no thrills, towels where a little on rough side, nothing fancy here, photos look better than what it actually is, not bad and clean. Chairs in living room where worn. Beds were comfy enough. 3 stars is about right.

My family and I had a blast. It was beautiful. Did not need to travel far for some great food. Will definitely be back. Staff were so friendly, pool closed at 8:30p every night, that was the only disappointment, due to lighting or something. Overall great place!

It was just what we needed and we lovdd the full kitchen and dining room. One of the outlets in the bedroom didn't work but there were plenty ohers. All the employess were friendly and helpful. This was our second stay and we will be back.

Very disappointing !

Very disappointed. They close the pool hot tub at 8pm. We really wanted the hot tub in the evening after dinner when the sun isn’t out but closed. The chair in the living room was wore out. Could not sell it in a second hand store. Floor was poping, from the glue underneath sticking. The refrigerator had trash in it when we arrived. Over all ok just not up to the standards especially for the price 😔

The resort is well laid out but is showing signs of wear and tear. The hot tub didn’t work until the last day of our week there. They have played Jenna with other features. They used to have a high end coffee and hot drink machine. That has been replaced with a cheaper and more basic one, with fewer options. Less staff available and the main building closed overnight. The World Golf Hall of Fame is no longer in the adjacent facility and the whole space feels like a ghost town. The people who are there are nice, but be ready for the timeshare hard sell when you get your parking pass. We were there during the Player’s Championship and be warned that the local golf courses double their prices, which are already steep. Overall though, the place is still a good option for couples or a small family.

Muy cómodo y bonito el apartamento en que nos quedamos, a pesar de estar alejado del downtown es sólo 20 minutos en carro y estás rodeado de hermosa vegetación y campos de golf. Hermoso sitio para ir a disfrutar unos días en familia o si amas el golf.

It was noisy with construction truck peeping all day. You can hear people talking in hallway and kids screaming. Was not a very quiet getaway. The property is gorgeous and lots to do.

Everything was perfect, the amenities are top notch, the pool area is great for everyone, they have games for the kids and all the equipment available if you want to play pickle ball, tennis or basketball. Our room was spotless, it was like a studio apartment, my wife & I had our privacy while the kids played, the balcony was perfect to seat out at night and enjoy the night. This will be our new place to come and stay when we come to St. Augustine..
