The apartment is very nice, comfortable and at a good price. It is a quiet area even though it is close to Fifth Avenue. The building staff is very friendly. 3 things that could be improved: Bad smell in the bathroom pipes, the towels were worn and torn, and there was not enough toilet paper.

El descanso no es bueno

Mi estancia fue por 13 dias, lamentablemente no pude hacer la cancelación anticipada de la reservacion. El descanso en el lugar no fue agradable, ya que el colchon de la cama esta en malas condiciones, al igual que las almohadas, por lo que molesta bastante dormir ahi y el descanso no es apropiado. Solo nos brindaron un par de toallas, y hay que considerar llevar todo los articulos de limpieza ya que no hay papel, jabon, ni lo necesario para poder hacer limpieza (como escoba y trapeador). El departamento esta en buen estado, lo rescatable del lugar son las albercas que se encuentran en el ultimo piso.

La propiedad está muy bien ubicada y en una zona segura, cuenta con recepción 24 hrs, solo la comunicación con el anfitrión fue complicado, no nos asignaron las instrucciones del acceso y fue complicado comunicarnos con ellos. Otro detalle fue que al llegar al departamento olía mucho a drenaje.

Cette hébergement est mal représenté . Nous étions 3 adultes. Nous avions juste deux serviette , pas de grille pas , pas de casserole, pas aucun linge à vaisselle . J’avais déjà avise que j’aurais besoin de drap et d’oreiller pour le divan lit, ils ont rien fait j’ai du aller acheter des draps couvertures et oreillers pour ma fille . Fausse représentation il disait grand divan lit jumeau , ma fille de 17 ans avait les pieds qui dépassait du lit nous avons été obligé de mettre une chaise au bout . J’ai texter expédia et aucun retour de leur part et l’hôtel me dit qu’il peut rien faire . Je le recommande pas du tout
