Beautiful apartment in centre of city

Fabulous holiday apartment. Super comfortable. I took an upgrade to 1-bed with kitchen. Bathroom/shower/bed/air-con all excellent. a little oasis in the centre of Seville, actually on one of the busiest streets for bars/restaurants and 1 minute walk to cathedral. Hotel has 5-6 apartments complexes and when I checked in at the main reception, the receptionist was very helpful and got her colleague to walk me the 5 minutes to this property. Would defintely stay again.

Lovely spaciousrooms with comfortable bed. Very clean and well furnished with modern bathroom. Though the two location check in process was a little laborious - the check in receptionist and the guide between the two locations were helpful, friendly and professional. Other than streamining the check in process, the only improvement I would suggest would be to add a Nespresso or similar coffee maker.

Don’t stay here

Firstly I did contact the hotel about these issue as we arrived and they have not yet been back in touch… very unprofessional 1-I arrived at the hotel only to find out you cannot check in at it. I had to do a 10 minute walk in the heat carrying a very heavy suitcase over cobblestones. I then checked in at a different location and had to do the same trek back. In total 20 minutes walk to check in 2 - the bed sheet's have dirty black marks on them 3 - the bathroom has the smell of the street sewers creeping back up 4- it’s extremely noisy, you could hear all the screaming and shouting of the staff in the lobby from 7am

After an initial confusion regarding the check in which was entirely our fault , everything was absolutely perfect with the stay . The suite was spacious clean and very comfortable plus the location couldn't of been better for a first time visit to Seville plus the staff we encountered was all super helpful and polite . If I were to have the smallest of grumbles it would be nice if there were milk portions along with the tea/coffee sachets in the room. We would book again without hesitation

The property was very centrally located & had a delightful open air courtyard with a view of the Giralda Tower. It was well equipped with a very comfortable bed & the bedding/towels were changed daily.

The apartment is clean and spacious. It is 4 minutes walking distance to the Cathedral and Alcazar. Loads of dining options and tapas bar everywhere. Marta, the receptionist on duty when we checked in and out was very helpful. She is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. We will stay again in Murillo apartnent when we go back in Seville.

Made my 4 night stay in Seville so enjoyable. Can’t fault at all. Perfect location - great for sight seeing / restaurants etc. Although reception is at the main hotel easily contactable and very responsive. I was a solo traveller and I felt very comfortable and safe. Everything you need is at the apartment (perhaps you call it a suite) with a lovely terrace on the second floor. Would definitely stay there again or another of the Murillo properties in Seville. Thank you

It’s a lovely apartment in a great central location. However, it can be noisy. We were frequently disturbed by the noise in the courtyard from other residents coming in/out of their apartments, plus people leaving the nearby restaurants and bars in the street outside. We were there off peak so it was just about bearable, but I wouldn’t fancy staying there at a busy time of year. If noise doesn’t bother you then I would definitely recommend staying here, we had a brilliant time in Seville.

An absolute gem of a place. It’s a stones throw from the cathedral and right in the middle of the touristic areas. Despite the hustle and bustle, the room absolutely silent, which makes for a great relaxing stay. The room was spacious, clean and well provisioned. The only downside is the lack of on-site reception.

Nice room, underwhelming service

Based on the reviews, we were expecting good things. However, our stay was disappointing. When I booked it said keys had to be collected at Hotel Murillo, which seemed quite close. A few days before the booking I was emailed and told I had to get them from somewhere about a kilometre away! This was completely unsuitable because we were arriving at 10pm and my husband has a bad knee. I called and arranged that someone would bring us the key if we called just before we arrived. However, when I did the person I spoke with kept insisting we come to a hotel far away. Eventually I convinced her after pointing out I had this offer in writing. When she arrived none of the keys she had worked for our room anyway, so if we had gone there we'd have had to go back again! She finally got the keys to work on the door, but we discovered later only one would power the room (air con and lights) while the other two only opened the doors. The following day one of the keys stopped working altogether and the final day (36 degrees) the air con stopped working. When I called the number a man kept mansplaining to me that someone would call me to explain how the air con worked. Despite telling him three times I'd been there three days and I knew how it worked but that it had stopped working, he didn't believe me. Then a woman arrived and said she didn't know why but someone had turned our room to warm air only on the main switch. Room was nice, but they need to sort out their service issues.
