Very friendly staff. Dated accommodation - mould around bathroom seals. Otherwise clean. No window in the bedroom, felt claustrophobic. Large lounge & kitchen area sacrificed sleeping accommodation. Harsh bright white lights, even in bedroom.

Convenient central stay

Our room was very large with all the amenities you could want for a long stay. It was a 10 minute walk into the centre of Christchurch or the botanical gardens.

Not 5 star accommodation

The hotel and suite were clean and convenient for the central area of Christchurch. The staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The suite although comfortable and spacious was not of a standard expected of 5 star accommodation as described on Hotel.com. Some of the fittings were loose and required upgrading/replacing. It was a comfortable stay but do not expect 5 star accommodation, more comparable to 3 or 4 star.

Nice apartment with comfy beds in a good location but a but tired in places. The soundproofing was really poor and we were able to hear other people's conversations. Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly.

Wonderful place to stay as the suite we wee in was very comfortable. Only problem was that the bedrooms were too hot during the night as the air conditioning wasnt in these rooms only in living area

3 day stay at Fino Hotel

A good location - only a short walk to main areas of the city. Not much around the hotel itself. Room was very good - nice and spacious. Kitchenette area was basic but provided what we needed after a very long flight.
