Au top

Accueil au top. Le logement etait tres bien et le jardin parfait pour le chien. La piscine est sympa et il y a une plage a deux pas, elle est interdite au chien mais si vous marchez le long du sentier du litorale vous trouverez des emplacements pour passer la journée.

logement qui sent horriblement mauvais les Ă©gouts. Ă©quipement trĂšs vĂ©tuste. le wifi qui fonctionne pas et qui rend le sĂ©jour compliquĂ© puisque c est pour le travail sachant que le tĂ©lĂ©phone ne passe pas Ă  l intĂ©rieur. 10€ de parking en plus par jour c est du vol et surpris de voir que cet Ă©tablissement est classĂ© 4 Ă©toiles. À fuir !!!!!

Lieu de vacances trĂšs agrĂ©able, calme et reposant Ă  proximitĂ© des calanques. Notre rĂ©sidence les chĂȘnes verts Ă©tait bien equipĂ©e, bien agencĂ©. Le petit-dĂ©jeuner/brunch Ă©tait bon et trĂšs variĂ©, possibilitĂ© de faire une box repas pour plus tard. Piscine avec vue sur la mer.

Petit week end au bord de mer dans un appartement sympa et trĂšs calme. Tarif trĂšs bon et accueil fort sympathique.. on nous a mĂȘme proposer de nous offrir un cafĂ© Ă  l’arrivĂ©e et j’ai trouvĂ© cela trĂšs agrĂ©able de la part de la personne Ă  l’accueil.. je vais rĂ©server Ă  nouveau pour y passer un week end la semaine prochaine

Séjour fin d'année 2021 sur St Raphaël !

Le cadre de la rĂ©sidence est correct ainsi que l'accueil du personnels, lieu trĂšs arborĂ©, bien entretenu Ă  priori, mais en entrant dans le logement, notre enthousiasme et retombĂ© trĂšs rapidement...! L'appartement est en dĂ©calĂ© avec le cadre extĂ©rieure et l'Ă©tablissement d'accueil plus d'actualitĂ©, mobiliers sommaires annĂ©e 80/90, nous avons eux l'impression d'ĂȘtre chez les grands parents en plus petit. Nous avons constatĂ© que les rideaux Ă©taient cassĂ©s, et pas de voilages, en ouvrant les volets les gens voient de l'extĂ©rieure, du coup on doit laisser les tentures fermĂ©es cela assombri le logement surtout en rdc et face au parking et voie de circulation...! L'hygiĂšne reste Ă  dĂ©sirer, poubelle non vidĂ©e dans la salle de bain et nettoyage de la baignoire Ă  revoir, nous n'avons mĂȘme pas souhaitĂ© utiliser la cuisine du coup, sans compter les retouches des petits travaux qui sont fait par un amateur apparemment...! Aussi, lits qui grincent et matelas inconfortables ce qui nous a obligĂ© a raccourcir notre sĂ©jour, trĂšs mal dormi. Il est possible d'amĂ©liorer le cadre intĂ©rieure du lieu d'habitation Ă  moindre coup de nos jours et le rendre plus chaleureux...! Aucune recommandation si l'appartement reste dans l'Ă©tat. On peut trouver mieux sur St RaphaĂ«l pour le mĂȘme tarif c'est ce que nous avons fait, car la ville est magnifique rien Ă  dire. En espĂ©rant, que cela peut Ă©clairer et apporter plus d'amĂ©lioration dans votre Ă©tablissement pour les prochains visiteurs.

Quel ratage

depuis 2019, l'Ă©tablissement est loin de s'ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ© malheureusement. Pour notre part ce sera l derniĂšre fois que nous ferons un sĂ©jour. La grande piscine a Ă©tĂ© remplaçé par un bĂątiment. Le parking est devenu payant et l'attribution des places n'est plus personnelle. Ou est passĂ© l'animation ? Nous sommes trĂšs déçus de notre sĂ©jour.

Casa pulita e completa di tutto, l'unico difetto che perĂČ hanno avuto anche altri villeggiatori Ăš la puzza fognaria che esce dai lavandini e dal wc che perĂČ ci hanno assicurato avrebbero messo a posto. Personale gentile e cordiale e bel intrattenimento.

This park of rental apartments was taken over recently by Vacance soleil. They renamed it to "résidence club" to give the impression that it's more than a rental apartment. It's not. The apartments are ok but old fashioned (with only some newly build) and the swimmingpool is way to small for the amount of apartments (125 apartments vs 60 beds around the pool). The food is also very average. Nevertheless the location is magnificent. The "re-branding" is done clearly done for commercial reasons with little to no attention to quality and value-for-money. A pitty for such a nice location.
