food excellent variety , offered a chance to take a paid upgrade which was accepted . staff and fellow guest friendly and easy to connect with . Location is amazing for sea views and vehicle access to the island . Within easy walking distance of 2 really good beaches which are served by numerous cafes and various water sports

Good location and nice hotel in Puerto Rico

Very nice hotel with convenient location, you can walk to both Puerto Rico as well as Amadores beach. Nice apartments all with fabulous views. Really nice staff. Breakfast ok.

Rigtigt godt sted, men man skal ikke vÊre gang besvÊret, der er en del trapper, men det viste vi, RengÞring er ikke det bedste pÄ 14dage skift af hÄndklÊder, rengÞring og sift af senge tÞj skete 1 gang, remsÞrging 2 gange, mn rengÞre efter 5 dage og sÄ hver 5. dag ikke godt nok. men selve stedet kan man ikke sett en finger pÄ, bevares det er ikke nyt men pÊnt. God placering i forhold til alt stille sted.

Poolen var iskall under hela vÄr vistelse visade sig att poolen var sönder. DÄligt stÀdat, vi fick pÄpeka nÄgra gÄnger. Bra lÀgenhet, bra lÀge. Mycket trappor och endast en hiss med mycket vÀntetid. Inget för barnfamiljer med smÄ barn.

Room was clean and well equipped. Pool tiles on the floor were broken in various areas. Cleaning only once every five days. Magda on reception was amazing and always helpful absolute credit to this business. Hotel is the perfect location for both Amadores and Puerto Rico.

the hotel in general was very nice, considering it a time share place, the pool needed alot of attention, tiles and grout missing, the entrace to the baby pool was sealed off ?, the rooms nice and tidy, shame you dont get the cleaners every day

Todella hyvin varusteltu huoneisto, mahtava lÀmmitetty uima-allas ja hyvÀ 0,6 m syvÀ lastenallas. Tarkka ja ystÀvÀllinen uimavalvoja huolehtimassa turvallisuudesta. ViihtyisÀ ja rauhallinen hotelli. Eri pÀivinÀ tarjoiltiin eri teeman mukainen illallinen, ruoka oli ihan ok. Henkilökunta oli enimmÀkseen ystÀvÀllistÀ ja ammattitaitoista. Hissi oli rikki koko 2 viikon lomamme ajan, itse olimme kohtalaisen hyvÀssÀ kunnossa, mutta sÀÀliksi kÀvi vanhempia ja huonokuntoisempia hotellin asiakkaita joille portaat olivat raskaita. Kaiken kaikkiaan mukava hotelli, suosittelemme lÀmpimÀsti!

Die Unterkunft hat eine hervorragende Lage mit Blick ĂŒber das Meer. Durch die Einzelbungalows mit separater Terrasse fĂŒhlt man sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Die einrichtung ist recht modern und sehr funktional. Bei Problemen wird durch das freundliche Personal sofort geholfen. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich, zu den Themenabenden aber noch steigerungsfĂ€hig (insbesondere was dann Salate und Nachspeisen angeht, die nichts mit dem Themenabend zu tun haben). Aus meiner Sicht besteht ein Management-Problem, da ĂŒberall propagiert wird, dass die Sonnenliegen am Pool fĂŒr max. 45 Minuten "reserviert" sein dĂŒrfen. Diese sind aber ab Punkt 9:00 Uhr alle reserviert und werden teils erst stunden spĂ€ter benutzt... Das ist nicht nur eine Unsitte (meist der gleichen Urlauber), sondern auch ein Zeichen mangelnder Durchsetzungskraft des Managements. Schade eigentlich fĂŒr eine sonst so gut gefĂŒhrte Anlage!

God service og udsigt men larm og Ăždelagt interiĂžr

Venligt personale med 24-timers reception. Der var desvÊrre lidt meget larm og noget slidte mÞbler. Der er musik ved poolen fra 10 formiddag til 10 aften, og det spiller meget hÞjt. Vi var lidt kede af ikke at kunne sidde pÄ terrassen uden at hÞre de samme sange hÞjt hver dag. Mange aftener var der bingo, hvad man kunne hÞre fra hÞjtalerne udendÞrs, selvom alle, der spillede, sad indenfor. Da vi ankom var vores seng i stykker, men de kom og fiksede den meget hurtigt, sÄ snart vi sagde det. RengÞringen kommer 1 gang hver 5. dag, men desvÊrre ved man ikke hvornÄr, og man kan ikke bede dem komme tilbage senere, men de er rigtig sÞde, de taler bare ikke meget engelsk. Der var ogsÄ revner i sofaen, vores ene hÄndklÊde trÊvlede, opvaskemaskinen lugtede af en forfÊrdelig sÊbe, dele af bruseren faldt af mange gange og toiletsÊdet sad ikke fast. Der er til gengÊld fine mÞbler og en virkelig flot udsigt pÄ terassen. Drinksene ved poolen er gode, og der er pÊnt og rent omkring den. Dejligt med supermarkedet, der har de mest essentielle ting, og de koster ikke sÄ meget mere end i de almindelige supermarkeder. Deres take-away til frokost/aften var lÊkkert, og det virkede perfekt med online bestilling. Morgenmaden var desvÊrre ikke god. BrÞdet var tÞrt og kedeligt, pÄlÊgget var det billigste fra et supermarked og wienerbrÞdet var meget tÞrt.

Disappointing

It was lovely and I’ve stayed there year after year when I return to Puerto Rico because of how satisfied I’ve been- however this year to my disappointment, I feel it has gone downhill- cleaning every 5 days only and on on occasion I had a migraine so stayed in apartment for the day and cleaners could not come in- we missed our slot and cleaners did not return for the remainder of our stay- when we requested next day for our apartment to be cleaned we were told at reception that is the risk you take!!! Not acceptable for the price we paid- we could have stayed in any 5 star hotel on the island for same price- we chose here because it was always reliable, clean and friendly staff. We always arrive in late so would receive a welcome pack of bread water and milk- with tea and coffee sachets- that is no longer the case. The staff in the restaurant and bar were so friendly and brilliant to deal with as too were James and Dave in entertainment- an asset to the team!! However, the staff at reception, one in particular was extremely rude and almost went out of his way to disoblige- a sargeant major attitude. I could go on
. On short, Bahia Blanca has lost its appeal and reasons I have always returned. For that reason I won’t be back
