The only negative is the property is dated. Apart from that, it was clean and very spacious. We were actually given a 4 bed when we only requested a 3 bed. The communal areas are great. We loved our stay

The safe in the property did not work, there was no kettle in the kitchen. We purchased it ourselves and left for the next occupier. There was no mention of the distance from the pool to the accommodation (it was over a mile to the pool.

Typical Orlando resort

Regal palms is a large complex of timeshare condos and hotel rooms. We stayed for 4 nights in a condo. Spacious and airy with 3 beds and 3 bathrooms. Condo was clean but a little dated. Everything worked well including the spa bath tub in the master bedroom. Kitchen was large enough but there were a limited amount of cutlery/cooking utensils, pots and pans. The outside space was v disappointing. You couldn't sit out on the porch because of the bugs. An enclosed screen may help. There was a large rubbish bin outside the back too and, when we got there it was 3/4 full and had a lot of flies. The cleaning lady from next door had emptied a bag of Doritos on the lawn to feed the squirrels which I don't think was a very good idea. Regal palms staff at the clubhouse seemed OK. The clubhouse itself is a little tired looking. As we checked in there was some confusion as to which villa we'd been assigned. We were about 15 mins walk from the clubhouse which was fine by me. Close to publix supermarket and US27 for access to Disney and universal attractions. Be warned. Every resort will tell you they're just 'minutes from Disney'. This is relative. You may be 15/20 mins away from the exit that gets you on to Disney land, but you're probably another 30 mins away from the nearest attractions. In all a nice stay at Regal Palms but I wouldn't want to stay for more than a few days.

It advatized wifi which we did not have. One of the best sheets on my room was very dirty and had cuts in it. Mind you the sheet was in-between the other two sheets but and not noticeable till you separated them, however how hard is it to replace the throw like blanket if it's damaged and is stained. I can't speak for the other rooms since I stayed in the master bathroom. Everything else looked clean and maintained and everything was working besides the advertised wifi and the front desk confirmed that that room doesn't have WiFi.

I would definitely recommend villas at regal palms because it was clean, cozy, well equipped and conveniently located to lots of shopping, things to do and eat. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Only recommendation would be smart bigger tvs in the living room as well as in the master bedroom. Other than that everything was great

Great property. Very spacious. Quiet neighborhood and nice amenities. Small updates needed: cracked sensor for light in kitchen, patch work, tiling in master bathroom floor, etc… Place was very clean. Suggestion- turn down the fire alarm sensor. It kept going off when we would make toast or take food out of the oven. Had to open the windows and doors or turn the fan on to prevent the alarm from going off. Only concern was we experienced others using the trash can assigned to our unit.

It’s an okay experience, the house I stayed in was very nice and clean . The only issue I had was 2 out of 5 of the tvs didn’t work and the shower in the master bedroom didn’t work I had to use the tub the entire time .
