Unacceptable to call breakfast buffet and deceives customers - its a small airline tupe meal box with cold hard food in it - only get cuoce of western or malay - absolutely no choice in what you qctually eat as it all packed by them Unacceptable to trick customers with motion sesors to cut off air-condition- was not working and the engjneer said thye wait for cistomers to complain the they reset eh air-condition to swich off motoon sensor only if yhe customer complains its too hot!! Unacceptable to call it an apart hotel ! , the room was very small - onlybone room with ensuite tiny tiny bathroom and a tiny kitchenette inside the bedroom - this is just a small single hotel room and not an apart hotel Will not recommend

Total disappointment. 2/10 Experience

We stayed at room 2108 for 1 night. We are very disappointed with the condition of the room especially the matress and the pillows. It was terrible. It should be replaced as soon as possible to avoid more disappointment for future guest. Car park is not complimentary at 10RM per entry for guest. Dryer is not working in good condition and clothes cant be dried aft washing. Breakfast was prepared in bento due to govt imposing restricted movement order. The bento set was another disappointment and was given carbonated can drink for bfast instead of fresh apple or orange juice. We wouldnt come back again despite of the reasonable rate.

Great apartment for a comfortable stay

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We liked the complimentary shuttle to the market and to the towers. The location is quiet and we didn’t use the metro but you can walk to the towers and shops and taxis are easy to come by. (Get a grab to and from the airport it is cheaper). The staff were exceedingly helpful and obligingly. We will be staying here on our next trip.

The swimming pool is the obvious highlight of this hotel, but the staff were also really wonderful and excellent at anticipating needs. I arrived in the morning and the room wasnt ready yet, but they allowed me to shower and clean up after my flight so I could go about and explore before returning when the room was ready.

Absolutely excellent

Excellent- beautiful, clean, large apartments in a beautiful building with a gorgeous rooftop pool. Fantastic views from the rooms, shower and pool!! Would definitely stay again. Excellent value and was even given free breakfast!

Spacious But lack of maintenance

Stayed in room 1013 twice. The drawer at the tv was still not able to close. Shower head in the master room wasn’t working and the curtains couldn’t close properly. Other than the above, all kinda same from last trip. They have a good selection of tv programs which kept the children & adults occupied while waiting. Direct lift from the carpark to the lift lobby of our room which we always love much. Parking is ample, needn’t worry couldn’t find carpark lot but addition car needs to pay a fee of Rm10..

Delightful holiday

The Somerset hotel is a very nice place to stay. Very good located near the tube station. helpful staff , rooms are nicely decorated, very clean and the rooftop swimming pool is just perfect . I will come back again
