We liked: Great location, close to the tourist centre of Ghent, & a modern, spacious apartment. Also offering the option of some paid private car parking was invaluable as parking is not so easy in Ghent. We didn't like: We had the worst nights sleep in all of our three week holiday travelling around Europe. The bedrooms were unbearably hot & airless even with the windows vented. No fans or air-conditioning were available, & when we opened the windows wide we were inundated with mosquitos which had a great feed on us. So not only did we awake tired, but covered in bites!

Perfectly central

Perfectly central - everything was 2- 10 minutes walk away. Can cook if you want to, and everything necessary was provided. Great option to use as home base for exploring.

Great apartments in Ghent.

Lovely apartment with a good Central location in Ghent from where you can walk to most places. Clean & modern, with plenty of kitchen equipment if you want to cook you own meals to eat on the large roof terrace, if you're in the top floor apartment! But be aware that there is no lift, so if stairs are a problem, make sure that there is an apartment available on a lower floor. Very nice & helpful owner.

Lovely property in great location. Top floor apartment with terrace was perfect for a hot evening after a days sight seeing. Owner was very helpful and even rang me when I left my charger behind as she knew I was still in the area.

Comfortable and central apartment

Spacious 2 bedroom apartment, only a few minutes walk from central Ghent. Rooms all clean and comfortable. Private parking available for a small extra charge. Staff friendly and helpful.

Close to centre of Ghent

Large, comfortable, clean and well-maintained self-catering flat. A few minutes walk from centre and close to restaurants and shopping. We had two large double bedrooms and a large lounge/kitchen with full cooking faciltiies, and two toilets plus a good-sized bathroom with show also. Parking in Ghent is expensive and limited on the street but there is an underground car park very close and (for Ghent) reasonably priced. Only minor issues was that there is no lift and so accommodation above ground floor may be difficult for handicapped or otherwise immobile visitors.

Generally good

This is a decent place and I have been there before. There may not be anyone there when you check in. They open the door remotely and your room is open. There is some noise at street level and sometimes from other guests. Only downside is there is no proper chair and table. Just stools and a bar. The sofa is nice but not much use if you want to work. There is a risk of outsiders getting into the building. So watch your stuff.

convenient location

Studio flat in a great location - quiet but within easy walking distance from city centre attractions. Dampoort railway station an easy 15 min walk (trains to Gent-St Peter leave roughly every 20 mins for connection to Brussels). The owner wasn't there when we arrived but was able to buzz us into the building via intercom, and our room had been left unlocked for us, so gaining access was all pretty straightforward. It was also handy to be able to leave luggage for a couple of hours after checking out.

Generally good

This is a renovated building with well-equipped apartments. In general this is a good place. Almost no traffic noise but there was noise inside the building from some kind of central heating or other equipment. The cleaner did not come into my apartment while I was there. I met the owner at the end of my stay. I did not see any staff at all until the moment I left.
