Room was a lovely size and clean, but unfortunately there is a multi story car park being built next door and this was about 15 feet from our balcony and completely obscures the view

Close to City Centre, quiet,and comfortable

On arrival the staff were friendly and professional. The room was comfortable and spacious with excellent equipment levels. We used the gym frequently. The hotel is close to the city’s pubs and restaurants, but we cooked as well.

Biggest room we ever stayed in!

We booked Quest Tauranga at short notice on our trip around NZ as we passed down through the North Island. We were travelling as a family and were very pleasantly surprise with the quality of accommodation. We booked a family suite, which was massive in size. Had all the amenities you need in a self-service apartment, including a washing machine/dryer, which was v.useful. Close to main town centre, restaurants and shops. Parking was an extra cost.

Dangerous bathtub

The bath tub shower had a step before accessing it in addition to having to avoid the side of the bathtub itself. Not enough floor towels provided for ensuring one could be placed on the step before the bathtub and another on the ground for minimising risk of slip in particular when coming off the shower obviously with wet feet.

We were early for check-in, not a problem would you like to see the rooms available and choose your favorite, they aren't ready yet but i will contact as soon as the one you choose is so you can pop back and unload your stuff. We chose a sea view even though it didn't have the spa bath we originally thought we wanted. We slept very well on the bed, the cleaning staff do a wonderful job. Only bad thing is the towels are getting tired

The staff was excellent; very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the condition of the unit was tired. The furniture was beat and needs to be replaced. The carpet did not feel clean and the patio was filthy. Also, there is a lot of construction immediately surrounding the building. Not the fault of the hotel, but not expected.
