The area is great, walking distance to almost every main attraction. The hotel personnel were all great, breakfast and reception personnel are outstanding. I would definitely stay here if I visit Seville again.

This was a perfect place for our family of five. So comfortable and so central to everything. The front desk staff was very helpful and the pool and Terrace on the rooftop were excellent! Highly recommend this place.

Recommend this hotel

This hotel was very nice with a nice pool area during ‘siesta’. The staff were very accommodating! Issue we had was the room was not ready until 4:30pm. Also they put us in a ‘handicapped designed’ room which caused minor issues (mostly around shower design and water on floor)..but I would stay here again and recommend it!

Junior suite was fabulous.. large, well furnished, new, with 2 queen beds. Good location except for road construction made access difficult... temporary i'm sure. Breakfast so so Expedia description of junior suite is lacking in info... i almost didnt book as a result, but glad I did. loved it

Huge apartment in a great location. Very modern. Kitchen is practically non-existent - if you plan to do more than just make coffee, stay somewhere else. But otherwise it is excellent, super clean, has comfy beds, and staff are very helpful.

The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom upper terrace apartment was beautiful. Clean apartment, Comfortable beds (a plus), quiet plaza, and beautiful terrace, which we didn’t use much due to rainy weather during much of our stay. Minutes from the cathedral and Real Alcazar, as well as from Barrio Santa Cruz and multiple restaurants, one better than the other. One single issue: upper bathroom tended to get a bad smell, almost sewage like; not sure why and from where. Hopefully they can figure out why and fix that if possible. I would definitely stay here again!

The place was awesome. The place we found out is very new, but still it was very clean. Everyone on the staff there was very professional and very helpful. The place had an great breakfast. If you couldn't find what you wanted for breakfast they would make it for you. The place was in a great location for us, as our daughter was finishing up her study aboard and we were close to her and all the places she went to while she was there. The area is very quite but close to alot of great restaurants, shopping and vistor sites. I would definitely stay there again. We had arranged for an uber to take us from the hotel to the train station but the uber driver never showed up and the front desk not only called us a taxi, who was there in 1 minute, but the guy stayed with us to make sure the taxi driver knew we were in a rush now to catch our train to Barcelona. I highly recommend this place

Pros: On a beautiful relatively quiet plaza. Staff is excellent. Restaurant on site had great food with excellent service. In a great central location. Nicely furnished apartment suites with terrace. Cons: There was an odor in building 3- smelled like pipes/sewer. We were moved to building 2; the hotel upgraded us to a larger apartment- No odor there. But you can smell at times it throughout the old city. Overall: Very nice stay. Would recommend.

What an amazing place to stay! This was a first time for me to visit Seville and this hotel definitely made the vacation worth it. It was clean, quiet, spacious with many top notch amenities. The only one downside is that the pool closes at 8pm and it is not heated. Nevertheless, if I visit Seville again, I will definitely stay here.

We had a very great stay, super friendly staff, the check-in went very fast end easy. The concierge service tool care of our car and delivered our bags to the room. We got a lot of suggestion for dinner and the whole stuff really looked after us. We can’t wait to come back for next time.

The suite was lovely and had plenty of room for our family of 4. The breakfast was great with plenty of choice. Roof top pool was fab, a little cold, but with the Seville sunshine it was fine. And the bar staff on the roof top bar were very accommodating. The location was perfect, quiet and away from the busy streets, but near enough to the sights. We would highly recommend a stay here.
