Property description doesn't do justice to the excellence of Little Rowans. A perfect stay for a couple. The property has five star accommodation, facilities, ambience and, of course, hosts. No detail was missed and location is perfect for a visit to this part of Cornwall.

The bungalow was really nice everything you needed was lovely and clean the garden was amazing my little dog loved it so did my grandchildren the conservatory was a bonus we spent a lot of time in there Thank you so much we had a lovely week xx

We had a lovely stay here when we visited Bude for the week for a family holiday. The house is bright, clean and beautifully decorated. It is situated perfectly for the beach and walking into town. We got into surfing and wish we could have stayed longer! 100% recommend if visiting Bude.

Comfy clean lovely view , Steep steps up to property and on a very steep road as is most of the area. Definitely need a car to get around. Boscastle village is very pretty.

Lovely house, lovely area, easy reach of the beach, ample crockery and utensils for our needs. Not really suitable for someone with mobility issues as there are outside steps and no handrail.... also inside is a step hazard from kitchen to dining room which ought to be painted a different colour to avoid accidents.

A really well-appointed and comfortable cottage, with great views over Bude (the photos on the website don’t really do it justice). The cottage is ideally located - very quiet but only a few minutes walk from Bude, from the beach and from the coast paths.
