Agios Nikolaos villas

Beautiful property, Dimitris was extremely helpful and very pleasant. The view was stunning. Walk up to the property would be difficult for some customers as it is a very steep short hill. Looking out at the view from the pool was very relaxing

The view from the Villa is perfect. Spinalonga just across the bay. The pool is wonderful and looked after every other day … we had cleaning/maid everyday (not Sunday) - beds, bathrooms, floors… all very good. Plaka is nice and quiet with enough restaurants… what we tried were all good quality. Elounda is 10mins away by car… livelier and more shops, restaurants etc. Supermarkets in both places are expensive although the one in Plaka and EuroMart (Elounda) deliver for free. If you want to shop cheaper … Lidl and others are in Agios Nikalos (20mins). We aim to return…😎

Wow, what a villa. Completed in May 2023, everything is new and high spec. All of the utilities and facilities were top notch, and the view from the living room and pool level is just beautiful. Audrey’s communications were prompt and helpful, Sissi is a beautiful little town too. This villa has it all!

Staying at Fissi Villas for 11 nights made for a very special family trip. The hosts Yanna and Yannis are wonderfully warm and thoughtful hosts who made us feel completely welcomed in Crete. Yanna helped us with all our arrangements regarding our late night arrival, and was there to meet us after our long journey, and had generously provided us with food ready for the morning, as well as a liberal supply of their delicious organic olive oil. The house is immaculately clean and extremely well provided with equipment and thoughtful touches. But it is the wonderful terrace with its sea view, where we spent our favourite time at the house, reading, eating, and the children playing in the play area. The nearby beaches are wonderful for swimming and our oldest son did lots of walking in the hills nearby. Yanna gave us great recommendations for visiting monasteries and villages where we could get meals in tavernas. When there was a difficulty with a blown fuse Yanna and Yannis sprang into action to get it fixed and could not have been more helpful as hosts. The gardens of the 2 villas are full of trees and plants, so the setting is really beautiful. There is some light traffic noise from the road, but the house is set back from the road, protected by trees and raised up the hillside, so the view is of the sea, and the road sounds are mostly drowned out by the sounds of cicadas! Good air conditioning in bedrooms. Thank you Yanna and Yannis for an idyllic time in friendly Crete!

Amazing property - views are out of this world and so many different areas to sit and relax. Very convenient for Plaka and Spinalonga. Highly recommend.

Clean. Modern. Beautiful situation: quiet, stunning views

Completely exceeded our expectations. The house was gorgeous with space and light with unrestricted views everywhere you stand. Beautifully and sumptuously designed at a location with a view to die for. Not to mention the infinity swimming pool! An amazing find. Mandy and Tony the caretaker couple were welcoming and helpful. Thank you for an utterly relaxing holiday.
