First of all. This isn’t a holiday rental, this is a home from home! Christina goes over and above to make you feel welcome and supply everything you need which is far more than you would normally get in a holiday rental or even expect. From the second we walked through the front door we felt relaxed. The home is comfortable, cosy and beautifully decorated. Who could ask for more! The home is in a lovely, quiet area with stunning views down to the coast and across to the mountains. We will definitely be back but next time for two weeks or possibly more! If I could score this home I’d give it 100/10.

After writing my original review, I quickly ran out of characters to complete to my satisfaction, so here is an edited version. This is a beautiful villa in an area that is not so "commercial" as other part of the Island but with all you need in shops and some fantastic restaurants close by. The villa is just amazing, fairly secluded with views to die for in every direction and equiped with everything you could need for your stay, with 4 bedrooms 3 upstairs (2 with balconies) including a large en-suite master and 1 downstairs. 2 family bathrooms and an open plan lounge, dinning room with a fully equipped kitchen. The whole villa is beautifully decorated both inside and out. The outside area is large enough for 8 people to not get each others way with sunbeds, and plenty of seating and tables with sun all day but plenty of shade if needed. The pool is a perfect size and one depth, warm enough to be in at anytime of day or night. Having been to Cyprus a few time in the last 8 years this is first time in this area and would definitely come back and would definitely come back to this villa.

Very peaceful holiday, fantastic facilities and Joseph explained everything we needed to know and more. The area is quiet however if you travel either way from the complex there are shops, restaurants and bars. Beautiful pool and hot tub if you need it however was 30 degrees plus so pool was the better option. Rooms are lovely with aircon if required. Well worth booking and a private beach at the bottom of the road. Most of the beaches are pebbly so take swim shoes with you for more comfort. Games room for the kids a big bonus. We would recommend booking.

Great pool and views but given the amount paid for this holiday it is very over rated and over priced. Had other cheaper villa holidays locally and got everything expected and more but Not here. Villa not fully clean internally, basement area especially in gym are not cleaned. Outside BBQ area not cleaned. Outside pool chairs and loungers old and falling to pieces, and we set some aside we thought were dangerous. No external gardening all the time we were there and didn’t look like garden been attended to for some time, grass uncut , plants dying in borders, irrigation switched off, weeds growing through drives, rubbish left lying around. Pool cleaned twice but faulty pool light not fixed properly until the end. Timber dining table and some chairs falling apart. External soffits and trims faulty and well stained and nomaintenance. No umbrellas around the pool even though stands left lying around. Pool lining a bit poor in places and the separate overspill pool area very dirty. Internally no information pack so when we we got there we didn’t now how to switch on lights and had to ring for help. Antiquated electrical key switch operation for the whole house which switched off fridge and freezer contents every time we all went out. Had problems with the basement electrics we we eventually had to sort out. No a/ c in gym area and equipment old so not used.foul smell from front upstairs en suite bathroom, faulty toaster and one dining chair fell apart whilst on it. Call me.

Having stayed in Paphos for the first half of my trip, I wanted somewhere quieter that wasn't too far away. This self-catered apartment ticked all of those boxes and more. The location is fantastic, with stunning mountain and sea views within a ten-minute drive to Coral Bay Beach and the big Philippos supermarket. I received a warm welcome from Christian, the host, whose communication was excellent. He was extremely attentive and so friendly. Nothing was too much trouble, and any problems were resolved immediately. He genuinely cares. Your comfort is his priority, and it shows. There was champagne and snacks on arrival, which was a nice touch, and I received a comprehensive welcome pack of information on nearby amenities and the most recommended attractions. The balcony is huge with outdoor seating and a brand new jacuzzi which was the studio's best feature; it even has a cooling setting perfect for the hot summer days and bluetooth connectivity so you can play some tunes whilst relaxing. The apartment was well equipped with everything I needed for a long-term stay, as I was there for five weeks. I could have easily spent all my time there between the takeaway delivery app, on-site pool and private jacuzzi. This is an excellent base with good wifi if you are a digital nomad/remote worker. As a woman travelling alone, I felt safe and totally at ease. This is a place I would return to whenever I am in Cyprus. Thank you to Christian and his team for a wonderful stay!

We loved staying here, villa is fabulous and had everything we needed for our stay. Cyprus villa retreats were brilliant to deal with, from our booking to answering any of our queries. Would definitely use them again
