Brilliantt neighbourhood, apartment and Super Host.

We have stayed in Hoboken a few times now and this property had by far the best location. The apartment was clean and very well equipped with a lovely private garden and washer and dryer available to use . Easy short walk to the Path and ferry and plenty of shops nearby if you need anything. If you’re looking to visit New York or New Jersey Hoboken is the perfect place to stay. And you won’t be disappointed with joes place. We will hopefully visit again next year

Myself, husband and 10 year old son stayed here for 5 nights. The garden apartment is situated in a quiet leafy street, only a few minutes walk from the nearest subway. It is very well equipped, nice furniture, good bathroom with a great shower and best of all, the beds are extremely comfortable - very much needed after a full days sightseeing in New York! Brooklyn is a more peaceful alternative to the bustle of Manhatten and has many great local restaurants - we found several excellent Thai restaurants, a great Bistro and there are many Italian restaurants as well. There are local supermarkets nearby as well and many independent shops. The owners live upstairs, are very friendly and are happy to offer recommendations for local restaurants. We had a fantastic stay here, would highly recommend the apartment and would definately rent it again, on our next return to New York City.
