If you are looking for a relaxing escape then look no further than 'Mountain Song'.. NIgel was very helpful from first contact and his beautiful home was just what we were looking for! A car is essential as the villa is very private. A few minutes will take you down to the main road where you can turn either left or right to explore this beautiful area of Northern Cyprus. The fabulous Crows Nest restaurant/bar is a five minute drive from the villa in the very quaint village of Karmi. We were very comfortable in Nigels beautiful home..everything was perfect and the pool absolutely beautiful. You will have complete privacy in Mountain Song..we look forward to returning!!

My family and I throughly enjoyed are stay and Eddie and Alison was excellent host's. The apartment literally has everything you could need and more. Eddie and Alison was also kind enough to leave milk, bread, butter, beers wine and more which was extremely appreciated as we arrive early in the morning. We stayed here for 1 week 15th june 2025 villa was well maintained and everything you needed for a great hoilday. The owners live near by and was very welcoming even making us some cake on our frist day. I would definitely go back and stay in there villa we had beautiful views of the sea and mountains and some local shops that you could walk too, we did hire a car for a few days so we could go out and explore. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family

Fantastic Villa very well equipped with everything you need. Views amazing. A car is a must to get out and about. No complaints at all. Mandy on hand to deal with any questions we had and always answered quickly. Would book again.

The villa is exactly as described, and excellent value for money,it’s very secluded but at the same time near to everything you need. The host was extremely helpful, without being overpowering. He also provided some food and drink as I arrived quite late

We stayed at Sunset villa for 2weeks, Huseyin was there to meet us and explained all about the property and functions. The villa is set int the foothills of the mountains, the view was marvellous over Catalkoy, sea, Kyrenia, and up the mountain range. The pool was great with cool waters to refresh at anytime of day. The villa allowed us quiet peaceful haven with easy access along the coast. I would highly recommend this gem of a place and the host Hüseyin

I booked (our first trip to North Cyprus)a year ago and immediately had an amazing response from Mary with recommendations for books about the island ,what to see,restaurants.She arranged taxis for us from Larnaca and back and booked a modestly priced hire car to be delivered.The house was a delight,one of the nicest,most comfortable and well equipped self catering properties we have ever rented.All the facilities and equipment were explained and we could easily contact her by WhatsApp.The roof terrace with views over Bellapais Abbey,the village and out to the coast was unsurpassed.

The photos really don’t do the villa justice, just the amount of space itself was amazing. The bedrooms are all very large with their own unique stylish en-suite’s. Excellent quality bedding and plenty of wardrobe space in each room The pool is large and beautiful views towards the coast, the sunrise at one end and sunset at the other. Great quality sunbeds round the pool which had sun on it all day and comfortable outside furniture in the shade if wanted. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly want or need. The icing on the cake was the separate BBQ area with dining facilities and even its own fridge. We had an amazing time and would give this villa 6* if it was possible If you’re looking for a relaxing comfortable stay look no further. Restaurant and bar within walking distance was an extra bonus.
