Champions Gate is great

The place we stayed at garbage disposal was not working, we paid to heat the pool up it never heated up.I had to stay an additional day they charged me twice the advertised price. We were locked out of out of unit the next day. Although they charged us they never informed the management company. Lucky for us we had left the pool screen door unlocked. This management company Wonder I would not recommended. Champions Gate OASIS WONDERFUL.

I do not see where you reported the pool heater not working to us as we would have gladly sent someone over to have a look at this for you but we were not given the opportunity. You did request to book an extra night and with it being an extra night during the weekend the room rate would have been more. Enjoyable Stay, could do with a freshen up

Villa was lovely, had everything you needed. Villa pool was quite small, but if having a pool day we used pool facilities in championsgate - which was fab. Bedding definitely needs freshening up, pillows were marked with black marks (prob someone’s mascara that hadn’t washed out). Also shower curtain in main room needed a good clean or replacing. Villa overall was clean.

Why stay at a Disney Resort?...

...when you could stay 10-15 minutes from the park in a 4 BR condo with a pool and comparable clubhouse/community pool for a fraction of the price. We had a good stay. The property was newer, large enough for our family. Was clean, adequately furnished (nothing was super nice but it worked). Plenty of bathrooms, having a washer/dryer was nice to have. Checkin/out process was very easy to follow. Nice growing neighborhood close to restaurants/grocery and of course the main attraction in Orlando. We would definitely recommend to a friend, will likely stay again.

Spacious and clean!

This property is bigger than it looks in the pictures. It was close to the club and on a quite street. The town home also had great parking and easy access to Champions Gate guarded entry points. The slash pool was great for our kids and the pools at the Club house were fantastic fun.
