Nice place to stay.Very friendly host, clear instructions as to check in etc.Supemarket at walking distance. And all nice places to go hiking, easy to reach.There is more tourists at Skye then in other palces in the High landz, but it's sure worth visiting.Great nature!

This is such a lovely rental. We really enjoyed our stay. It is clean and comfortable and has so much space. We also really appreciated the milk, bread and snacks left for us (we arrived late and having milk for morning tea/coffee was a huge plus). It is within walking distance of shops and restaurants, but just far enough away to not be in the middle of the noise and crowds of the tourist area (nice to not have to drive into town for dinner as parking is at a premium in Portree). I can't say enough good things about the rental and will definitely stay again when on Skye.

We stayed 2 nights and the accommodations were wonderful for a family of 6 people. Enough space for everyone. Loved the kitchen and dining room area for breakfast in the morning. Very easy walk into town and restaurants. Host was super helpful and communicated clearly. Thank you!

Great property. Convenient location. It would be wonderful if a clothes dryer could be added. We washed clothes and had to air dry. We were lucky enough to have sunny weather and were able to use the clothes hanger outside. Although, this would be a great addition to the property, we were aware of the lack of a dryer due to the accuracy of the listing. I do recommend this property.

Perfect location

Portree is such a wonderful town and this house was steps away from everything with a great view of the harbor. We only got to stay 2 nights due to our itinerary but would have loved staying there for a week or more!Hope to come back one day.

Great Location - Perfect for our family.

We loved our stay at this lcottage in Portree. It felt very cozy and was nicely decorated. We had a night in when it was pouring rain outside; and took advantage of the common rooms, cooking in the well stocked kitchen, eating dinner at the dinning table, and playing games in the living room.

Great Skye Lodging

Lots of room for a family group. Wonderful location—easy walking distance to grocery, shops & restaurants. A well appointed rental—much info about the local area & things to do. Great kitchen. We would love to stay here again!

Great base to explore Skye

Easy to find. Lots of room, everything we needed was there, plus a few extras! Quiet, clean and comfortable - really enjoyed our stay. Excellent location to do the Trottenish Loop or explore the rest of Skye. Short walk from downtown restaurants.
