Flat is nice, reservation process is not.

The reservation process and communication need to be improved from LV Premier, because we didn't even know we had to pay when we arrived (with 250€ in cash for the caution !). That's not the best way to start your holidays...

Hi Sylvain we are sorry you did not see the mentions to the damages deposit and city tax. We mentioned it in our adverts and in the various communications via email. You may be happy to know that we moved to a pre-authorization in the credit card for the damages deposit, removing the need for cash on arrival, or payment via credit card with the 3% surcharge . Appartement très bien

Emplacement idéal pour rayonner dans Lisbonne au calme mais pas loin du centre ville.Appartement très bien équipé, l’accueil à notre arrivée par Antonio fut gras agréable.Le seul bémol c’est que sur l’annonce Abritel il y avait un parking garage hors non, heureusement que le stationnement dans la rue est possible et pas trop cher
