Excellent

Superb location. Beautifully appointed villa. Our second stay here and we have provisionally reserved for 2025. Great service from Maria and Tony. Almost impossible to find a fault. Maybe a couple of very sharp knives for food preparation.

Une villa et une agence de qualité »

Cela fait plusieurs années que nous faisons confiance à cette agence et c’est toujours un véritable plaisir. Je tiens particulièrement à souligner l’accueil du monsieur que nous retrouvons chaque année : il est vraiment au top, toujours souriant, sympathique, disponible et très professionnel. C’est une personne vraiment exemplaire et cela fait plaisir de le retrouver à chaque séjour. Concernant la villa, elle était tout simplement magnifique, parfaitement équipée et avec tout le nécessaire pour passer de superbes vacances. On peut vraiment poser ses valises et profiter ! Et que dire de la vue sur la mer… Le matin, prendre son petit-déjeuner face à la mer, dans le calme, est tout simplement magnifique. Un vrai bonheur ! Une superbe villa et surtout une agence au top, que nous recommandons vraiment les yeux fermés ! ️ Mme Molina Le mobilier extérieur n’était malheureusement pas très propre à notre arrivée, et nous avons dû nettoyer nous-mêmes les chaises longues ainsi que les chaises avant de pouvoir en profiter pleinement. Un tuyau d’arrosage aurait été vraiment très appréciable, à la fois pour pouvoir nettoyer correctement le mobilier extérieur et pour arroser les palmiers et les plantes. Durant notre séjour, certains végétaux auraient apprécié un peu d’arrosage supplémentaire. Ce serait donc un petit équipement qui apporterait vraiment un plus. Je tiens à dire que ce n’est vraiment qu’un petit point d’amélioration, car pour le reste, tout était parfait.

Ein top Haus mit einer top Lage

Das Haus ist wundervoll. Die Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig. Bei unserer Ankunft war alles sauber und der riesige Pool lud direkt zum Schwimmen ein. Die Lage des Hauses ist mega. In ein paar Schritten ist man direkt am Strand. Ebenfalls befindet sich ein Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet - alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Schlafzimmer sind großzügig und mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Was uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen hat: Jedes Fenster hat ein Fliegengitter und es gibt Rollos Ein zusätzliches Plus: Es sind 2 Kühlschränke vorhanden. Wenn man also, neben dem Lebensmitteln, auch mehrere Getränke kühlen möchte, dann klappt das mit den beiden Kühlschränken sehr gut. Wir haben uns die 2 Wochen sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Viele Grüße aus Deutschland

Ein Glückstreffer!

Eine absolut tolle Villa an herrlicher Lage. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist wunderschön. Ende September hatte es am Strand keine Leute und die Bucht gehörte so zu sagen uns alleine. Der Garten ist eingezäunt, was mit unseren Hunden sehr praktisch war. Der Garten, der Pool und die Sitzplätze sind sehr gemütlich. Das Haus innen ist geräumig, sehr gut ausgestattet und für uns mit 5 Personen ideal. In der Küche findet man alles was es braucht, genug Geschirr, Besteck, Küchenutensilien. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wer Ruhe und Erholung am Meer sucht, ist hier gerade im Herbst sicher richtig!

Schöner erholsamer Urlaub mit der Familie

Das Haus hat eine super gute Lage. Lebensmittel können in wenigen Gehminuten eingekauft werden. Sonstige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Cafe's und Bars sind in Miami Playa vorhanden. Einfach fantastisch ist der direkte Zugang zum Strand. Ebenso der Erker am Pool, in dem wir gerne sitzen und frühstücken und abends beispielsweise beim Wein Karten spielen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Unangenehm sind die herunterfallenden Früchte von der großen Palme. Hier ist vielleicht eine intensivere Pflege vom Gärtner erforderlich. Unser Lieblingsplatz und zwar die Steinbank mit Blick auf das Meer ist leider altersbedingt kaputt gewesen. Eine neue Sitzgelegenheit dort wäre schön.

L’accueil de Tony, toujours souriant….et une villa magnifique La fermeture des grilles entrée et jardin. Par moment très difficile de les fermer ou de les ouvrir.

Erholung und Luxus pur

Das Haus in direkter Strandlage war perfekt für unseren Urlaub mit Freunden. Wir haben das Haus die ersten drei Tage das nur zum Einkaufen und Essen verlassen, weil wir alles hatten. Sehr gemütliche Betten, voll ausgestattete Küche, funktionierende Klimaanlage, Pool und vor allem das Meer direkt vor dem Haus. Ein Tag nach unserer Ankunft bekamen wir einen Anruf ob alles in Ordnung ist und ob wir mit allem zurecht kommen. Toller Service! Wir hatten eine verstopfte Toilette die übergelaufen ist. Kurz nach unserem Anruf war der Service inkl. Handwerker vor Ort und hat das Problem behoben. Wir kommen wieder! Leider war weder auf den Bildern noch in der Beschreibung erwähnt, dass man zum Strand 48 Stufen runter gehen muss. Für uns war es nicht schlimm. Es wäre aber nett, wenn wir es gewusst hätten.

Il s'agit notamment de l'installation de l'air conditionné dans toutes les chambres et de l'ouverture du couloir afin qu'il ne soit plus nécessaire de traverser la chambre pour se rendre au salon. Das Haus ist super. Die Lage perfekt. Der Service war großartig. Ein Handwerker kommt, wenn man ihn braucht umgehend und fragt noch in welcher Sprache man kommunizieren möchte. Das nenne ich Service. Auch ansonsten stimmte gänzlich Kommunikation. Danke! Wenn ich wirklich einen Kritikpunkte habe, dann würde ich das Durchgangszimmer anführen. Aber auch das tat unserem Wohlbefinden nicht entgegen.

Sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub

Wir waren zum 2. Mal dort mit Hund. Die Lage und der direkte Zugang zum Strand ist einfach perfekt. Wir haben es geliebt, morgens bei Sonnenaufgang am Strand mit dem Hund zu laufen. Später am Pool gefrühstückt und die Aussicht auf das Meer genossen. Grillhäuschen ist auch da. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, alles vor Ort. Besuch auf den Wochenmärkten ist auch sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder. Im kleinen Bad fehlt u.E. ein Regal vor der Dusche sowohl eine Ablage in der Dusche.

Magnifica...

Villa spettacolare sul mare,posizione fantastica. Senza dubbio la migliore di Miami Platja. Ben servita di tutto, c'è poco da dire... Da migliorare sicuramente l'ingresso in spiaggia (ultimo scalino) e il barbecue. Agenzia seria e molto efficiente!! Esperienza molto positiva e indimenticabile.

Besonders freut es uns, dass euch die bauliche Änderung aufgefallen ist: Durch den neuen Flur ist das Zimmer jetzt kein Durchgangszimmer mehr, und dank der Schiebetür bietet es nun noch mehr Privatsphäre.
