I am a pretty villa that stands proudly on the roof of a small luxury residence.

I am both carefully decorated, very cozy and comfortable.
Although positioned on the roof, I offer ground floor access without elevator. My entrance is private and bordered by a landscaped garden.
I am spacious, and absolutely all my rooms open with large windows on my exceptional and landscaped terrace of 130 m2 facing the sea.

My exhibition is very sunny all day but I have several large adjustable umbrellas and a huge blind to calm the heat of the sun.

Here, not overlooked and you can sunbathe in complete privacy. I planned everything. You have a living room, comfortable sun beds, 1 dining area for 6 and 3 adjustable umbrellas ...

Around me everything is calm and relaxing, I overlook the swimming pool, the park and the creeks of red rocks that plunge into the Mediterranean.

Day or night, from my terrace, the view is magical on the islands, the bay of Cannes and the boats.
In addition, you benefit from direct access on foot in the Estérel mountains.

Thus, from my living room crossing, I offer a magnificent view in depth on the Montagne de l'Esterel and the sea.

The swimming pool is open from May to September

Easily accessible from the A8 motorway, I am located between Cannes-Mandelieu and Miramar, allowing many sports, fun and cultural activities. (theater, casino, cinema, Golf, restaurants, diving, fishing, beaches, shopping, hiking, navigation ... etc).

Nice airport is 30 minutes away by train, bus and taxi connection to Théoule.

The villa includes:
1 large living room widely open on the terrace by a large pocket bay, large swiveling flat screen, Blue ray, French TNT channels and 10 German channels
2 bedrooms en suite, each with its own bathroom. They are open onto the terrace and equipped with large 160/200 beds of very high quality.

1 independent and fully equipped kitchen in detail, also open on the terrace. (nothing is missing ...)
Access to the residence is via a private road. Free parking outside your door. Secure garage on request.

We had a perfect holiday !!

We had a perfect holiday !! Really enjoyed the terrace and the lovely view, everything was just perfect and my wife and the kids enjoyed us big time , for sure we are planning to come back next year but then 10 days if possible this was a bit too short . The pool was also great for the kids , and they loved the beach. The only thing we did not get to work was the oven ....But thats just a minor detail.

Hele fijne tijd gehad in mooi en compleet huis met heerlijk dakterras. In de omgeving is genoeg te doen qua stedentrips, strand, snorkelen, sportieve activiteiten en uit eten.

Beau volume et très belle terrasse

Terrasse très agréable et très bien aménagée et vue magnifique mais quelque peu bruyante de part la route en dessous !! Dommage que le jacuzzi ( caché je pense sous une bâche ) n était pas opérationnel.. piscine accessible et correcte .. mais fraîche vu la saison !

Comfortable rental.

We stayed for two months at the property. The apartment was very nice with a great location. It was wonderful getting up every morning with that view of the bay and Cannes behind. We had lots of opportunities to see a lot of the riviera, it is all wonderful. The small hilltop medieval villages are really special. We would gladly stay again in this property.

Ein wunderbares Stück Erde!

Bis auf winzige Abzüge bei den Küchengeräten (oberer Korb Geschirrspüler funktioniert nicht) eine perfekte Ferienwohnung! Wir haben es sehr genossen!!!!!!! Und von dort direkt aus der Tür raus und sofort auf Trails. Diese zu erwandern lohnt sich sehr. Gleichzeitig sehr schöne Strände in unmittelbarer Nähe!

Beatiful view

We stayed 2 adults and two teenagers from Denmark. Plenty of space for all of us. The view was so beautiful and the terrasse also. Good furniture inside and outside. The swimmingpool was nice and quiet. It takes a while by car 20 min, to get to the nearest supermarket. But again the view makes it all:-)

Phantastischer Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Aufenthalt in Vincents Apartment. Jeden Tag konnten wir die große Terrasse mit einem phantastischen Blick auf das Meer und auf die Bucht von Cannes genießen. Auch das am Fuße liegende Esterel Gebirge hatte für uns viele Aktivitäten zu bieten. Wassersport gibt es natürlich auch. Vielen Dank für die freundliche und nette Begrüßung und Verabschiedung durch Margaret. Vincent war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit und reagierte sofort auf unsere Fragen. Vielen Dank Vincent - wir kommen gerne wieder ! Dirk

A wonderful apartment with stunning views over the Bay of Theoule and Cannes.

The apartment was very convenient. Car parking could have been in the building itself however there is street parking immediately outside the apartment. The views at different times of the day were mesmerising and the lounges and umbrellas etc meant as much or little of the sun as wanted. The pool several levels down was excellent although was in the shade in mid to late afternoon. The Theoule area is very interesting - small ports with great restaurants and lots of expensive boats to fantasise over. There are a number of comfortable beaches although coming from Australia we did not come for beaches alone. A wonderful part of the world. Highly recommend this apartment as a base to experience the area

Absolument magnifique sous tous les plans

Une superbe villa face à la mer. Une vue époustouflante de jour avec les iles et de nuit avec les illuminations de Cannes. Une terrasse grandiose toute arborée et fleurie et super équipée avec des parasols, salon, salle à manger, bains de soleil et un immense store sous pergolas. On apprécie l'ouverture intégrale sur la terrasse de la grande baie à galandage du salon et de la cuisine. Nous avons adoré les balades dans l'Esterel en partant directement à pied de la villa. De même la proximité des plages, calanques et les villes de Cannes, Mandelieu et st Raphael. Le mobilier et la décoration de la villa sont de très bon goût et les prestations de haut niveau. Rien ne manque. Même l'accueil est très agréable et la propreté irréprochable. L'endroit est très silencieux. On s'est régalé !

Every thing we expected and more, lovely location with a fantastic view....

We had a very enjoyable time, with excellent accomodation which was very well equipped both internally and externally... Our choice of location did not let us down, the apartment is a penthouse with a surprising amount of external space and a superb range of outdoor furniture, and an equally excellent view on one of the nicest locations just a short drive from Theoule-Sur-Mer..... The apartment had airconditioning in the key areas, plus a magnificent external canopy which is a bonus when the sun is beating down.... Internally the decor and style was very pleasing on the eye and well fitted out with all you need to have a pleasant and relaxing stay....

Nous avons passé 15 jours pour la deuxième année consécutive dans ce superbe appartement...et nous nous sommes tout autant régalés que l an dernier.Des travaux ont été réalisés dans la chambre principale avec beaucoup de goût. ....et toujours la recherche du confort alliée à une décoration personnalisée .......terrasse merveilleuse vue exceptionnelle, confort...propriétaire joignable facilement accueil chaleureux C'est parfait.....nous reviendrons!!!!

Nous rêvions de revenir dans ce bel appartement ,nous l avons fait. Nous y avons passé cette fois 2 semaines, et nous nous sommes tout autant régalés.....Notons que des travaux ont été réalisés pour réaménager une chambre salle de bains avec beaucoup de goût toujours, donnant encore plus de cachet et de confort à l appartement......Merci au propriétaire toujours joignable et aux personnes chargées de l accueil......à l'année prochaine espérons nous

Séjour plus qu'agréable, tout y était conforme aux descriptions faites. Un appartement très confortable, avec une décoration plus que soignée. Une terrasse a vous couper le souffle avec un grand confort pour s'y reposer, manger, se prélasser et admirer..... Очень уютная и функциональная квартира. В реальности все лучше, чем на фотографиях. Терраса огромная и великолепная. В квартире очень чисто. Вся техника работает. В каждой комнате кондиционеры. Кровати удобные. Насекомых в квартире нет. Тишина и уединение вокруг. В 5 минутах езды хороший песчаный пляж. В 20 минутах езды очень хороший супермаркет. Удобная парковка, бесплатная. Наличие машины обязательно. Нет ни одного недостатка! Всем рекомендую!!!

Superbe vue!

Appartement avec terrasse offrant une superbe vue sur la Méditerranée. Endroit idéal pour se ressourcer! La cuisine quoique petite permet de préparer des repas sur place . Un lave-linge y est disponible. Le séchoir sur la terrasse permet le séchage en 30 minutes . Les lits sont très confortables. Chaque chambre possède sa salle de bain. Propriétaire facile à rejoindre par internet puisque wi-fi disponible dans l appartement. Complexe bien entretenu avec belle piscine. Requiert cependant l 'usage d 'une voiture.

Vacances de rêve!!!

Nous avons passé 10 jours de rêve dans cet appartement confortable mais surtout sur cette terrasse magnifique. La vue est à couper le souffle que vous vous trouviez dans n'importe quelle pièce....De nombreux sentiers permettent bien des promenades sans avoir à prendre sa voiture autre occasion de découvrir de très beaux panoramas. L'appartement est spacieux et très bien équipé.......l'accueil est à la fois chaleureux et professionnel Nous espérons bien revenir!
