Private beautifully renovated hacienda style patio home featuring open island chef's kitchen with 5 gas burner range, convention wall oven; private hot tub on patio; 2 bedrooms - master on-suite bedroom has a kingsize zero G bed (each side with personal control) and the second bedroom has a very comfy queen bed. 2 full bathrooms and fabulous community pool on the property. Master bath features a gorgeous tiled walk-in shower. Gas fireplace, stacked new w/d, home has wonderfully appointed kitchen and baths. Oak floors throughout, Bathroom floors beautiful travertine tiles. Walking distance to Trader Joe's, restaurants, coffee, massage and walkable to downtown through some of SB's prettiest neighborhoods. 15 minute drive to anywhere in SB! Public transit located 2 blocks away. Easy cycling from here to the beach or numerous cycle paths or walk to grocery, eateries, local pubs and other shops.

Spacious open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and living room ceiling to floor windows, 1,350 sq ft, easy walking distance to several sites and a quick 10 minute drive to Hendry's beach, 5 minutes or less to downtown. Home is located in a patio home complex with lovely grounds and a solar heated shared pool. Close to great hiking trails and on-street electric bike rentals. Ample free parking.

Wi-fi, cable 48" Smart TV in living room and cable TV master bedroom, hot tub, seasonal solar heated pool, propane bbq. Not suitable for children under 12. No pets and no indoor smoking. Quiet neighborhood - not a party location. HOA cc&r's need to be followed.

Perfection!

I LOVED my stay in this beautiful, condo. The location is wonderful, great views of the mountains, and incredibly quiet. Super comfy beds, and a kitchen that's equipped with everything you can imagine, and all new appliances. Julie was a great host, providing detailed information about the house, and a basket of goodies upon my arrival. Really, she has thought of everything! This is a beautiful, immaculate, special place, with floor-to-ceiling windows that look out over the mountains. I will definitely return!!

I'm from a large old western ranching and viticulture (wine - Mercer Estates) family and value living in places that respect the land and oceans. Also owned a vacation rental in Maui (Hawaii) and own the 1906 Historic Mercer bldg in Washington state. Santa Barbara provides that and an abundance of fresh produce, fruit as well as beautiful wines just a short drive over the pass. There are cultural amenities here that often are only found in large cities. For those like me who love architecture this community is a visual delight with a wealth of outdoor activities to keep us busy: hiking, paddleboarding, cycling, walking, tennis, golfing, polo, sailing, kayaking, swimming or just hanging out at the beach or on the patio reading. Sunshine galore but cools off so nice at night! Fantastic music town too - every genre you can imagine, lots of theaters and music venues.. Art and crafts vendors every Sunday at the beach too!

Love the serenity of the location and beauty of the red tile roofs and slumped stone of the haciendas on the property. Visual delight! And the best part is so close to walk to everything or catch a bus.
