About this property

Odri: Villa with private pool located in a very quiet area

The villa is located in a quiet area, 10 minutes walking to the Natural Park of Montgrí and at the same time only 13 minutes walking to the beach of Riells. The Paseo de la Playa Riells offers a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, supermarkets, water activities, etc.

The house has two floors. On the ground floor you can find the living room with access to the terrace, a kitchenette, a room with two bunk beds and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with two double beds each, and a bathroom with shower. It also has a pool area, equipped with sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe.

In total in the house can sleep 8 people: in 2 double beds (1.50 m and 1.80 m), 2 bunk beds (4 single beds of 0.90 m).



ATTENTION: From 01/11 to 01/04 the house does not have a pool or Wi-Fi.



Check in: from 5PM to 8PM from Monday to Saturday. To check in on Sunday or on bank holidays contact the agency. The key collection site: the agency. A security deposit will be paid by card upon arrival (€ 300) and will be returned within the next 7 days after departure.

Bed linen is included in the price of the final cleaning.

Mandatory services: City tax (over 16 years old). Towels (€ 11.90 per booking including a bath towel for each guest, a hand towel and a bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (the cost depends on the accommodation).

Optional services: pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 20:00.

Quiet and with all comfort one needs.

Nice. Clean and well situated, quiet in the period we stayed there. Close to both center and Natural Reserve. Definitively worth to return there in the same period!

Ein Hauptgrund, dass wir das Haus gebucht hatten waren die zwei Bäder. Gleich beim Betreten des Hauses bemerkten wir einen unangenehmen Geruch. Wir stellten dann fest dass der üble Geruch aus dem Bad im Erdgeschoß kam. Ebenfalls konnte die Toilette nicht benutzt werden, da die Spülung nicht richtig funktionierte. Die Fäulnisgerüche wurden von Tag zu Tag schlimmer und waren im gesamten Erdgeschoß zu riechen. Ich reklamierte die Gerüche über fewo direkt am 27.09. zum ersten mal. Hierauf kam keine Reaktion, dann am 30.09. zum zweiten mal, wiederum kam keine Reaktion. Erst bei meinem dritten Schreiben am 3.10. teilte man mir mit, dass das Problem bekannt ist und es sich um ein bauliches Merkmal handelt. Dass ein Haus mit so einem ekelhaften Geruch überhaupt vermietet ist eine Frechheit. Eine Mahlzeit einzunehmen im Küchenbereich war auf Grund des Fäulnisgeruches nicht möglich. Da im unteren Stock im Bad und im Flur Duftstäbchen aufgestellt waten, war wir uns ein Beweis, dass der Mangel K3homes bereits bekannt war. Des weiteren stand nach fast jedem Spülvorgang der Geschirrspülmaschine eine Wasserlache in der Küche. Ein Techniker konnte aber das Leck nicht finden. Auch dieser Mangel war meiner Meinung war bereits bekannt, da das Holz seitlich an der Küche durch einen Wasserschaden sichtbar beschädigt war. Weitere Beanstandungen:-Dunstabzughaube ohne Funktion(keine Reparatur),Sonneschirmständer defekt(wurde repariert), Wasserschlausch Duche(wurde erneuert) Tür BAD oben(repariert)

Parfait !

2 familles de 4 (4 adultes, 2 enfants de 6 ans et 2 bébés d’un an et demi). Logement suffisamment grand pour que chacun ai son espace. Super pratique car 2 salles de bain, machine à laver et cuisine toute équipée. Extérieur parfait aussi.. Idéalement placé pour profiter ! Service client au top du top ! Communication ultra simple et équipe plus que réactive et arrangeante ! Merci !!! À recommander.

K3homes est toujours aussi accueillant et réactif pour les services en cours de séjour. La maison est fonctionnelle et facile a prendre en main. Un bémol facile à régler : la vue sur la piscine du voisin (dans les deux sens bien sur). Une hauteur de palissade supérieure et le tour est joué.

La tranquilidad y la piscina. Mejorar la limpieza ya que nada mas llegar me tuve que poner a limpiar las telas de araña de los rincones de los techos, tanto de las habitaciones como del comedor. También mejorar las literas.

Muy básico

La cocina deja mucho que desear, a parte de lo básico para poder comer, no habían trapos de cocina esenciales para poder coger la bandeja del horno, ni jabón en ningún sitio, papel de WC si llegas apurado.....en definitiva tienes que hacer un gasto enorme en el supermercado porque la casa viene pelada de servicio adicional, y si solo estás para un fin de semana la verdad que no sale a cuenta. La tele es de esas para ordenador, súper pequeña. El sitio es muy tranquilo y la piscina estaba muy limpia, la ubicación era perfecta, pero lo comentado anteriormente le resta puntos.

Clean house with private swimming pool in a quiet location. Tip: rent bicycles and you will see all beaches in a relaxed way Shower hose from upstairs bathroom must be replaced. Light in the pool does not work, passed on at the reception, it would be passed on but no further action was taken on this.
