Three of us stayed for one night. Everything was good. The beds were comfy. The kitchen appliances might need some updates and it would be great if the place had a humidifier. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
Great location
The bed was pretty stiff to my liking
The pillows could've been more bulky
Hot tub under maintenance pool too
I like to drink coffee in the morning
The coffee machine seemed a little dirty
So I walked to Starbucks
These things are fixed it'll give you five stars
TV was a little outdated as well I have my kids with me couldn't watch Netflix
Perfect little studio for a long weekend-
The studio was clean, and had all we needed. Kitchenette is small, but stocked with everything for a simple cooks. Ski storage locker is convenient. Hottub access is nice. Underground garage parking is available for a daily fee. Location is superb- less than 10 minutes walk to the lifts.
We would stay again
We enjoyed our 11 day stay. The only issue we had was entering and exiting the parking garage. We had to call the operator every single time and they were pretty unfriendly. Other than that we had another great stay in Winter Park.

Perfect Location to get to the slopes
Perfect accomodations for a perfect ski trip. Very minimal walk to the gondala (about 5 min from the start of leaving the unit). The city had many dinner options and stores (again 5 min walk from the unit) Make sure to bring soap there is only 1 small box in the unit. The unit was clean but could use a deep clean (carpet/sofa). We enjoyed the stay :-)
We were here for just one night. The next day was an epic day of mountain Biking Trestle Park. Only way to be closer to the trails was to rent the gondola and bring a pillow!
This property is great for small families (there are 3 of us). Its best feature is the very close proximity to the Gondola lift and the base of the ski slopes. Other great features are it is warm, it has a heated garage and ski lockers. There is a kitchenette which is very helpful to spare trips to restaurants. We would definitely try to reserve it again when we come back to Winter park.
First, no one ever sent me a check in email. It was 8:30 p.m. the night before I was to check in and no email. I looked through my information and found a phone number. When I called, the guy was surprised I got his number and told me the owner was out of the country, but he would try to help me. He did and I did get the check in information, but what if I didn't find his phone number. I should not have had to track this information down. It was supposed to be sent to me a day before check in. All the information I got regarding the parking garage was old and confusing. Getting in and out of the parking garage was a night mare every time. I felt like I was trapped. And one time one of the parking attendants was not going to let me out of the garage without paying more because I had the wrong code, which was because the information given to me from the owner of the condo was wrong. I also lost food because I never rented a condo that didn't have a full size refrigerator with a freezer. This condo came with a small frig that you find in a hotel room, not a condo with a kitchen. Then I got a sinus infection because the dust on the ceiling fan directly under my bed was 3 inches thick. No exaggeration!! I am allergic to dust so I became sick on day two of my stay. I took a picture to prove how dirty it was. And the carpet was filthy. The place needs a deep clean.
The drive into Winter Park is a beautiful one for sure, as you drive by the resort you may Envy the folk that can stay there. This property is your chance to be them, rather than just gaze on in awe. As you arrive at the property the check in process is very easy, just park, go drop off your stuff at the room with the provided luggage carts and then the resort is yours to explore. The proximity to great restaurants, stores and experiences is awesome! Only a 3 minute walk from the base of Winter Park Resort and all of its amenities means that you’re never far from a great time. After a long day relaxing in the hot tub or just hanging out in the room is a great touch to end a perfect day! Such a lovely experience and I will definitely be staying again!
Thank you to Andrew for allowing us to have an amazing experience!
The property was clean and roomy enough. The GPS did not get us around road construction so it took some driving around to find it. So we were tired by the time we arrived and not looking for complications. The mini fridge did not have a freezer area although we found out later that everything on the top shelf froze. There is an ice machine on the 3rd floor. Only 1 burner of the 2 burner stove works. The dining area light is burned out or broken. The switch on one bedside light was broken. So it was dim unless you want the bright light over the bed switched on - hard to sit and read. A binder with tips on the unit and the complex amenties - like where to get ice, how to use the tv remotes, navigate to the amenties, activites and restaurants nearby - would be very helpful.

Great location, easy parking in a heated garage. Walkable to everything in the resort and the free buses that go into Winter Park and Fraser so no need to drive anywhere! The condo itself was cozy, nice. The elevator is conveniently located near the condo although the downside was it was noisy when people came down the hall and were at the elevator. The walls were pretty thin - loud music playing in the condo next door. Luckily the bed is located far away from the location of the elevator and noisy neighbor. Make sure you bring a noise machine - we had one and slept great, did not hear anyone. A few amenities I would recommend having (that were not there) - another bar of soap (there was only one so had to use it for handwashing and bathing & it was tiny), have some kleenex in the condo (I had to use toilet paper which was not ideal). Also no freezer, only a small frig, which I may have missed in the details. The light over the dining table did not work which made it a bit dark when eating. Overall we enjoyed our stay and appreciate this family letting us use their condo.
As we were arriving, texted for directions as there are two ways in through same road, no response. When we finally arrive, open the door, the apartment smells disgusting, there is dirty laundry all over bed, trash cans full of trash. It is Thanksgiving evening, there are no additional linens to even change things with. We had been given two phone numbers to call, called both numerous times, texted them pictures, no response from either until the next day. Had to get a hotel on Thanksgiving, therefore ruining all Thanksgiving dinner plans for the day.
Owners take no ownership, blaming cleaning lady getting in an accident and their travel schedule for lack of responsiveness. As a responsible property owner, I would ensure my paying guest is at least checked in and everything is ready for them prior to zoning out on vacation and leaving back up plans for problem resolution, or just not rent out the property that day. Lackluster, bordering on rude, responses, to dealing with getting a full refund thereafter. Buyer beware.
