Kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with Dishware, toaster Oven, Blender, microwave and much more. There are (2) separate living room areas. Brand New Outdoor Shower. Huge Backyard with Gas Grill and Patio set. Also a fire pit! Central air condition. Outdoor Shower. Driveway fits 3+ cars - 6 BEACH BADGES INCLUDED!!! - Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs / Umbrella /Beach Buggy all kept in shed to be used during your stay. Linens can be included for additional $150 fee. Location is amazing, walkable to everything in town and so close to the bay. Just make sure you bring everything you'll need, because house doesn't have much in terms of spices, cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies.

Wonderful home. Enjoyed our stay. Walked to all. Great location. Would rent again. One minor maintenance issue with the back door needed. The screen door needs repair and doesn’t close and latch shut. Our last night it was raining and the wind kept opening and the door and slamming it shut. Not pleasant but should be an easy fix.

Amazing location and the perfect size for two small families to share. The place is a bit run down. It was a bit challenging to stock everything that was not supplied, we expected a few more items to be included as they were not on the list of things to bring, such as garbage bags for the big kitchen bin. We informed the owner that there was a mouse problem and didn’t hear back from them, so that wasn’t great. The shower curtain has a really nasty stain. Overall good value, but some aspects of this rental could use some TLC.

I am sorry to write a negative review, but I feel it is justified. It was obvious when we entered the front door that it was strictly a rental. Blinds broken, others too short for the windows, which did not allow privacy. No grab bars in either bathtub/shower. No place to put your shampoos, soap, etc. In order to make the beds, you had to move the beds away from the wall and then keep them away from the wall in order for two people to sleep. The floors in the bedrooms were dirty, there was mold in the kitchen around the window and sink. There were several pieces of kitchen flatware that were very dirty in the drawer. Walls in the kitchen had many nicks and scratches. The ceiling fans in the bedrooms were so dirty that we would not use them.Overall, a huge disappointment.

Great bayside home!

This house was the perfect vacation spot. 4 bedrooms, 2 living spaces, and 2 bathrooms all in a perfect location with a great backyard. They also have plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, and games for you to use during your stay. Will definitely be back!

Exceeded expectations

The property was perfect for our beach getaway. We loved the area, and the proximity to all of the greeat dining options was definitely an added plus. The house was very clean and we felt right at home upon walking in. Would definitely recommend to any group of friends and/or family looking for an enjoyable, relaxing getaway. Great stay over new years

Rented the place over 3 days for new years. Really nice location 2 blocks away from the heart of Beach Haven, convenient to the local grocery store. As a group of young families with little kids we loved how there were two separate living spaces so adults and kids could have their own spaces.

The Perfect House & Location

We just completed our second summer visit to this updated, precious property. Location is the best and outdoor area and front porch are perfect hang outs in between beach days and Beach Haven dining! We love the layout of the house and the hosts provide everything we need for memory making. We love LBI and this property! Can't wait to return.

Great House and Location!

We were in town for a family wedding at Parker’s Garage & Oyster Saloon. This home was in the perfect location to walk to the venue and to walk to dinner and activities during the rest of the stay. It was the perfect size for our family. Communication was clear and detailed for check- in and Check-out. Highly recommend! We will be back!

Great area

This house is a great size and in a great area. Perfect to walk to everything you need. Loved it. My only suggestion is the back bedroom with the backdoor needs a new mattress. It was pretty uncomfortable.
