At the top of Morgan Hill, you are a 10 minute walk to Fort Worden or Historic Downtown. Five minute walk to Uptown Port Townsend.

On the bottom floor of our home is the newly renovated one-bedroom apartment which comfortably sleeps two adults having a queen-size bed with luxury linens. Enjoy a new kitchen that is equipped with microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and cookware. The living room has comfortable, cozy seating, dining table for 4, a wine bar and a Smart TV that includes Netflix, Amazon, YouTube TV and Hulu. The large bathroom has a washer/dryer for your convenience.

An outdoor area is provided with table and chairs--a great place for your morning coffee or glass of wine in the evening.

Most likely you will be entertained by the "resident" deer that enjoy our neighborhood.

We came to Port Townsend for our wedding anniversary, and this apartment helped make it very special. Our host, Teresa, left us some muffins and a bottle of wine, which was incredibly kind and very appreciated. The apartment itself is clean, private, and in close proximity to pretty much everything that you may want to do in the area. I highly recommend it!

The accommodations of the apartment were great. Another plus of this apartment is that there is a walk-able forest/park only 2 block away. Lots of wildlife to watch while sitting on a bench.

Great PT hideaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is just as inviting and comfortable as it appears from the photos. Communication with the hosts was above and beyond. We loved everything about the place but especially the birds and deer that visited the yard while we were there.

I had a very lovely stay at Teresa’s place. The bed was super comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. The apartment was spotless and well equipped and Teresa was very responsive with communication. She even bought a coffee pot so I could brew the coffee I had brought. I also really liked that it was a walkable distance to town. I would definitely stay again should the occasion arise.

We moved from Texas to Port Townsend in 2008 to be near our first grandchild. We fell in love with the beautiful area with the majestic views of water and snow-capped mountains. Since moving here, hiking the many trails has become a passion. We love the quaintness of Port Townsend, a Victorian Seaport, with so much history.

Why they chose this property

We chose this property as we wanted to be walking distance to the main attractions of Port Townsend. We are a 10 minute walk to Fort Worden and to downtown. It is just a 5 minute walk to Uptown where you can find Aldrich's country grocery store, bakery, restaurants and shops.

What makes this property unique

Morgan Hill is a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Any time of the day you will see people out walking and visiting. The deer enjoy this neighborhood too!
