This beautiful home gives the finest in luxury and spectacular ocean views. Enter on the main level of this home and step into a world apart, the heart of our home. The living room features a floor-to-ceiling River rock fireplace. Its décor and tight knot Cedar ceiling adds to the coastal elegance. Our large windows give you the perfect view to take in the sunny horizon or a coastal storm . From your elevation, you can see out to sea over 22 miles!

You will stay in a beautiful 3 bedroom home with sleeping space for 8 adults and 3 kids. Each bedroom has a private bath, Our superbly appointed kitchen looks out over the ocean. We have a large deck, with glass rails for an unobstructed ocean view. The lower floor features a full game room with a multi-media television. The living room features a floor-to-ceiling River rock fireplace. Its decor and tight knot Cedar ceiling adds to the coastal elegance. Our large windows give you the perfect view to take in the winter weather. The living room also offers a 4k cable enabled television and a collection of DVDs for your use.



Our modern kitchen features a gas range, high-end appliances and lovely granite counter tops. The dining area features two tables to seat 10+, with an additional 3 bar stools at the counter. time. The large back deck, complete with a glass rail, allows a perfectly unobstructed view of the ocean and coastal hills. There is one queen bedroom on the main level with a private entrance to the main floor bath. This bath features a jetted Jacuzzi tub, the perfect place to melt off the cares of the day.

The top floor features both a bedroom and a master suite, each with queen beds, a private bath, and internet enabled television.. Each space is uniquely decorated. The master bedroom features a sitting area, private ocean view, and an office area with a computer desk & display. It`s the perfect place to enjoy some downtime.

The home’s lower level is a fabulous game room / media center. This large family area features ping pong, a foosball table and a card/game table. Here you will also find a media center featuring a 65” 4k television. The lower level doubles as the sleeping area for up to 3 kids with a bunk & trundle bed. The media center couch folds out into a queen size bed with a comfortable upgraded mattress so the adults can keep an eye on the kids.

Outside on the ground level, enjoy a high-end professional grade spa with an ocean view and a Stainless Steel gas grill.

Included in your rental is free high-speed internet access.

You will need a vehicle. We are located in rural Tillamook County.
- Hot tub is available for use between 8AM-9PM- Sound travels in our quiet area and Tillamook County revokes vacation rental permits from Rentals that violate the noise ordinance.

-If you are traveling with your dogs, you are welcome at Ocean Vista, subject to the following:

Dogs only
A maximum of two medium size dogs are allowed with a $50 non-refundable pet fee, per animal with the following limitations:

No dogs under 15 lbs
No dogs over 70 lbs
Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and German Shepherds are not acceptable.

Because Airbnb does not have a place for guests to add a pet to the reservation, you must contact us before check in with the number and breed of the dog(s) you are bringing.
Failure to inform me about pets prior to check in will result in a forfeiture of $200 of your damage deposit for each unauthorized animal.

Dogs must be flea treated, and all waste must be picked up. No dogs on beds or on furniture. Dogs must never be left in the house unattended in the home, they need to accompany you when you leave of be placed in a kennel. When outside, dogs must always be leashed, it is Oregon Law.

- Wash towels and start them in the dryer. Our rural area does not have a laundry service. So we have to wash everything in house. Thanks for understanding.
- Place all garbage in the outside receptacle. We don`t have recycling at this house. Feel free to bag deposit only returnable soda & beer cans and water bottles to avoid landfill waste. You can leave them

-No smoking inside, parties, or events.

- By booking you agree that there will be no refund or cancelation for Loss of internet, Appliance malfunctions, You or your group coming down with Covid, loss power, air quality, Storms, ice, snow, road conditions, other acts of God unless a state of emergency is declared for the location of the house.
