Sunset Serenade . Oceanview Home with Rustic Charm • Walk to Beach

This cozy 1950’s Sunset Serenade rustic beach house has a partial ocean view throughout the home and is centrally located in Oceanside with only a short walk to the downtown and public beach. Enjoy the stunning ocean view and sunsets from the top deck and partial view on the enclosed bottom deck. Cuddle up by the warm wood-stove fire on cool evenings or crack the window on warm summer nights to hear the ocean lull you to sleep in this 1,020 square foot home with two floors.
On the top floor there is one queen bed in the master and a full-size bunk in the second room. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 children or a smaller couple. Bunks can sleep 2 people per double bunk.
The bottom floor has a bathroom, kitchenette that includes a second refrigerator, storage supply, pretty glassware, pull-out sleeper sofa and TV. Use your imagination; Kids room, cocktail room, or just a place to relax, etc…
*Wireless internet service is free, and you can stream your favorite venue of choice.
*Games and cards are provided, as well as art supplies.
*Multiple places to view the ocean and the beach, both inside and outside of the beach house.
*maximum occupancy for 4 adults and 2 children 12 and under. Comfortable fit for 2 adults and 2 children or another adult couple.
*Master bedroom has a partial ocean view with sliding window to hear the soothing sounds of the surf.
*Your potty trained, and well-behaved pets are welcome for an additional fee. Dogs must be housebroken and please keep them off the furniture (Dog beds provided under the queen bed). Keep your dog on a leash when outside, please.
*Kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, French press, Pour Over, coffee grinder with coffee provided, waffle maker, microwave, bullet blender, and toaster. There are 2 refrigerators....one on each floor. There is no dishwasher, yet. There is a propane BBQ grill located directly on the second floor outside the door on the deck.
*Parking is available for 1 vehicle in front of the garage on the gravel driveway.
*This home has been licensed and inspected as a rental property by Tillamook County.
*WiFi is provided through Spectrum; however, service interruptions caused by power or cable outages are outside of our control. We appreciate your understanding

If you are into fishing and having a good time with friends, this is the place!! Just a couple minutes walk from the beach to catch HUGE surf perch!! My photo won't load to show you our catch.

Great Beach House

Cute beach house with great decorations. Loved the welcome basket, sunset on the rooftop with the fire table, the tunnel beach, and how cozy and peaceful the place was. Lori has great communication; the kitchen was well-stocked, check-in went great, and we enjoyed ourselves.

Fabulous view

We enjoyed all of the surprise amenities, like the fireplace ready to light, the upper deck with great views and comfy chairs. The bedrooms, kitchen, bath, & living area are on the second floor (perhaps not best for families with babies, toddlers, or persons with mobility issues). We enjoyed our stay.

Cute Place

The house is super cute and clean with a great view from the roof. We were only here for a couple of days but wish we could’ve stayed longer. Plenty of room and stocked with everything you might need! Lori answered my questions super quick and was very nice. Would love to come back :)

Very clean and well equipped. Beautiful area. The only inconvenience for us was that the bathroom (especially in the lower level) was kind of small. But that is because my son is very tall and didn’t have much room to move .We very much enjoy our stay.

Such a unique, special place

Our family of 5 loved our stay in Oceanside. The home had plenty of space for all of us and so many games and puzzles for us to do. It was an easy walk to the beach (much shorter than many staying farther up the hill). The view from the rooftop deck is amazing. Lori was the best host - super helpful and responsive. We were so comfortable in her home and enjoyed our stay.

We had such great time! We loved the roof top deck and being so close to Tunnel Beach! Beds were comfy and we slept really well. The only thing we suggest is better lighting in the living room. We wanted to play cards or a game at night, but there was no overhead light or lamp.

The house is definitely older, but the furnishing were very nice. The house had nearly everything we needed. The view from the top deck is terrific. Sadly it was way too windy to stay up there and light the the firepit.
