Let me start with, Wow! The villa itself and the overall property, location, management, etc. was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Luciano, being able to unwind outside the hustle and bustle of Florence was perfect. Beware, it was 97 degrees during our trip in June/July rendering the second bedroom with no AC uninhabitable! If you need 2 bedrooms, would not recommend this property during high summer, the spring and fall must be wonderful! The close proximity of the railway station, (every hour to Florence in 15 mins), and grocery store was perfect. We had a car and the drive down to Chianti was so pretty and the wine country superb. Finally, it is rustic, a little tidy up around the pool area and the rear entry to the propert would not go amiss.
