House 67 makes its debut - this large home has a hot and cold water outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and generously sleeps 11 guests. Ideal location to visit Santa Cruz County and Monterey County. Pajaro Dunes Resort is a private gated community located on miles of sandy beach.

Gorgeous natural light floods the entire upper floor. Vaulted ceilings throughout the upstairs and in the downstairs master bedroom. Plenty of room to spread out for some downtime in the well proportioned bedrooms, nap, read or daydream on the chaise lounges in the irresistible sun room. Rejuvenate or catch up on some work in the serenity of the semi-private ocean view retreat space above the master bedroom.
Gather in the living room with views from Santa Cruz to Moss Landing to Monterey. Plenty of room to enjoy game night, build a puzzle with the little ones, grab a book from the floor to ceiling bookcase, enjoy the fireplace, or catch up on your binge watching on the 60 inch TV.
Dining table smoothly extends to 96 inches with two butterfly leaves. Seating at the table for10 with the extension, plus two counter height bar stools and two café height chairs at the table console. Outdoor patio dining set with umbrella and swivel chairs seats six. Propane BBQ with propane provided.
Several outdoor spaces at H67, including an outdoor tiled upper patio deck with gorgeous agriculture views of the strawberry and artichoke fields and the abundant bird life in the Slough and a look toward Santa Cruz.
All of the bedrooms are on the lower level of the house. Luxurious quality new beds and bedding throughout each of the four bedrooms with 500 thread count sheets, duvets and plenty of extra layers for comfort and warmth.
Bedroom 1 sleeps two: CA king in primary bedroom with a door directly out to the lower patio. This suite can be accessed from the downstairs hallway and also from a staircase on the top floor. A separate private master retreat space with an ocean view is located on the upstairs level directly above the master bedroom.
Bedroom 2 sleeps two: Queen bed with a view of the dune grass and the slough.
Bedroom 3 sleeps two: CA King bed with a view of the agriculture fields.
Bedroom 4 sleeps five: Double bunk bed on the bottom with a single on top and a single trundle. Features a love seat with a single sleeper.This large room features a large TV. There are two exterior doors in this room, each leading to a separate outdoor space.
All four bedrooms and two full baths are on the lower floor. A shower bathroom is at the entry level. H67 has several different levels and a number of stairwells. There are staircases inside at each end of the house allowing for an easy flow when you host a full house. We are not responsible for any items left behind.
Visit local favorites to pick berries, ride the roller coaster, explore the Natural Bridges tide pools, tour the aquarium, kayak on the slough, paddle board in the Harbor, learn to surf and skim board, ride horses on the beach. Walk for miles and miles on the sandy beach. Golfers paradise from local public ocean view courses to the world famous Pebble Beach. Ideal location to see Santa Cruz, Moss Landing, Monterey, Carmel and Big Sur.
Purchase fresh local produce from road side stands and fish right out off the boat in the harbor. Wine taste and enjoy the Santa Cruz County wineries and the sample the local breweries and restaurants.
Pajaro Dunes has a zero tolerance, no pet policy. No pets extends to any visiting guests and is strictly enforced. We love our dogs too and we know it is hard to leave them behind. Please understand it is an HOA rule.
