Nestled in the privacy and peace of the cypress trees, this ocean view townhome is located at the center of Pelican Point, lovingly called The Roost here at Pajaro Dunes. Overlooking both Monterey Bay, the Pajaro River and the famous last mile of the Watsonville Slough, it's just a one-minute walk to the beach or some great slough bird watching. This 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom can easily sleep 11 with a King in the master (private bathroom), queen and twin in the second bedroom (private bathroom), queen and twin in the third bedroom (private bathroom), and queen and another twin in the fourth bedroom located downstairs on the entry level. Each bedroom and living space offers outdoor seating. We are so happy to prepare this space for you, the owners take so much pride in it, and it shows.
Are stairs an issue? Pelican 87 is the place for you.
On the entry level guests will enjoy all the living space, dining, and kitchen without climbing any stairs. As well as a one bedroom with queen and twin with access to a full bathroom with a standing shower. Walking up to Pelican 87 is easiest when using the ramp access located at the end of the parking lot.
Come connect with family and disconnect from the hustle of daily routines, here, where the pavement meets the sand.

Perfect beach house, fully equipped, beachy decor, and very short walk to beach, slough, and neighborhood ameneities. We had a great time exploring nearby towns and walking the long beach. The birding was fantastic tpo!
It is an excellent property for a group of 11. It has a great location and view, and it is 3 minutes from the beach. The kitchen was great and very well-equipped. We have enjoyed the stay and will be back again!
87 Pelican Point was a beautiful place! It was welcoming and clean. We appreciate the availability of linens, towels, and basic accommodations. The ambience was peaceful and felt like home. A huge thanks to the homeowners!
This was the perfect place for our girls’ getaway. We all loved the close proximity to the beach and easy access. Sitting out on the decks, we could hear the sounds of the ocean and watch the beautiful sunsets. We plan on returning in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! There were 7 of us high school friends. We each got our own bed. Everything was very well stocked. It was a beautiful place to gather and enjoy our visit together! Thank you!
The house had wonderful views. Overall, the house was fairly clean. I think the housekeeping could be improved. Perhaps a refresh of paint would be helpful to some of the rooms. We enjoyed the lovely kitchen and looking out at the beach on the patio.
This is the perfect retreat for our three families, nine of us in all, while visiting the Monterey Bay area. With the beach just a minute's walk away it was perfect for building sand castles (they have lots of gear for this at the house), strolling, bird watching, or even taking a dip if you like cold water. The kitchen was better equipped than any place we have rented previously. Everything worked, the area was quiet, but town was not too far away to get supplies, or to pop in to the Watsonville Public House for a local brew. Weather was cool and varied from clouds to sun. Terrific.

The location of the property was excellent as most rooms had ocean views and it was a short walk to the beach. The layout of the property worked well for three families (8 people) as each bedroom had access to their own bathroom, three on suite. The property is in need of updating and decluttering. The primary bathroom had no window covering which made privacy a real challenge.
