The perfect place to stay

Very Inviting and Warm Stay

Graduation weekend

We were in this home for a graduation and were surprised to see the cottage detached and just as lovely as the rest of the house. The backyard area is very serene, the house has everything anyone needed. Very lovely home, easy to get to and the communication was on point! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Beautiful home in Charming Town

We had such a delightful stay within walking distance to downtown Culpeper. We loved the little touches of quiet music playing upon check-in, coffee and tea station in the dining room and bedrooms. Extremely surprised with prepared breakfast and options available for any time. Loved the game room and comfortable beds. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Hidden Gem

This property was amazing from the early check in process that was accommodated for me as well as a super sweet and homey place. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to plan another stay. The backyard is a perfect peaceful place for some quiet reading or relaxing. I loved the plants in every room and how vibrant and lovely the decor was.

Wedding Weekend

We booked the home for our family to stay in town for our intimate wedding reception. The home was enchanting! Everyone was impressed and felt it really represented the charm the town of Culpeper has to offer. Stephen made the stay that much more special by being incredibly responsive and welcoming. 1920's Delight!!

This was the perfect venue for our family and Stephen thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable! The home is classy, but also has a "fun streak" in it with a pool table and PacMan! Who doesn't love PacMan! The vibe of the home is amazing. I would highly recommend it to anyone staying in Culpeper! Thank you again Stephen!!

Perfect

This was such a nice place to come back to at the end of each day. My group worked long days and we always came back to a relaxing, well kept home. Steve made sure we have everything we needed. The house is charming and clean. The back yard is relaxing with many seating areas, the beds were sooo comfortable. We rented the whole house and could not have been happier with our stay!

Christmas in Culpeper

We picked Culpeper because it was a central location to meet up with our daughters for Christmas. We rented the whole house and could not have had a better home away from home for the holiday. The house was decorated beautifully and we had everything we could have needed. Stephen was very responsive, helpful and friendly! The rooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy. We all loved our time together at West Park Gardens!

Great whole home rental for wedding at Morais Vineyards

Our family member was getting married at Morais Vineyards, about 25 minutes away, and we could not have picked a better place to stay with our out of twin family. The kitchen and pantry is stocked with everything we needed and the comfort and welcoming vibe of the dining, living and game rooms were just amazing! He set up a warm and relaxing spot for us to gather, change into the reception gear - there is even a dressing room in the master suite - and refresh before heading to the vineyard. He also set up again in the morning for breakfast. Other hosts need to catch on to this semi-catered style!!! Love it and am thinking of excuses to gather friends or family again an hour from our home in Arlington. Thank you!!

Fantastic!

This property has so much charm! My friend and I rented the whole home for a girl’s trip for a few days to get away from the craziness of everyday life in Northern VA. Stephen’s home and hospitality was way beyond any other rental property I have stayed in. Everything you need is available to you down to the little details. Self check in was a breeze. Fresh baked chocolate chip cookies were waiting for us upon arrival, along with a bottle of wine. We really looked forward each morning to the wonderful light and fresh breakfasts he provided. The game room was a fun bonus. The backyard is gorgeous both day and night. The bedrooms are beautiful and comfortable with everything you need. The home and neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. I will definitely be back the next time I come to Culpeper!

Wonderful home for the weekend in Culpeper

From the first moment we walked in we were in a happy place! The house is lovely, scrupulously clean, well stocked, and very welcoming. The back yard was fabulous - very large and very private. The game room an added bonus. At around 10 blocks from downtown, we could walk to restaurants, quaint shops, breweries, etc. Choosing this home definitely made our reunion with our college friends even better than we anticipated.

Charming, clean, well equipped house with lovely outdoor space

We booked the entire house for a girls weekend getaway and it was perfect for the five of us. The house is lovely, spacious garden area wonderful for hanging outdoors, and the house has everything you need for cooking. The beds and linens are very comfortable. The house is a ten minute walk to everything in this charming town. We had great meals and shopping. We recommend visiting sperryville as well for more food and shopping and walks at the foot of the park. We had a great weekend and Stephen is incredibly helpful, responsive, and attentive to any needs you may have. We had a perfect weekend! Thank you Stephen!

Special and perfect!

Our family gathered here for a memorial to my mother. The house, gardens, and decor are all beautiful and wonderfully maintained. We felt nurtured during our stay with tasty breakfasts and with thoughtful amenities. The house is within walking distance of downtown and of the Culpeper National Cemetery, so the place made it handy for our special time. I cannot imagine a better experience.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at West Park Gardens. Stephen was very helpful and quick to respond. There are lots of fun things to do in and around the house, but you are also very close to downtown. Highly recommended for your stay in Culpeper.

This is where you should stay!

Our family rented the entire house for our family when our daughter was getting married at a local venue. It was perfect! The host was fantastic and provided exceptional hospitality. We entered to the sounds of low key music and the scent of cinnamon, creating a lovely ambiance. The three bedrooms were fully equipped with coffee makers in each room, water bottles, and extra towels and linens. Lovely lit backyard for pre-rehearsal dinner photos. Breakfast was substantial, with plenty of healthy options. When we left for a few hours, we would come back to a cleaned kitchen, dishes washed, and snacks replenished. We are already planning to come back with friends in a few months to experience the local vineyards and explore the downtown more fully!
