Beautiful apartment in prime location in the quiet near the port

You have a very nice apartment in a quiet luxury residence, secure with pool.
It is located 200 m from the town center, 300m from the port and 400m from the beach.
Everything can be done on foot!
The apartment measures 62 m2 and consists of 3 parts. It is air conditioned and has a terrace of 11 m2.
The beds are designed for 6-7 people.
The baby equipment consists of a high chair, a cot and a stroller.
Animals are not desired.
We do not provide bed linen and towels but with possibility of renting.
We ask a cleaning of end of stay with possibility of service.
A deposit of 400 € is to be given on the day of the arrival of the holiday makers.
