Beautifully presented and exceptionally well-equipped duplex house with its own lovely private garden as well as direct access to a shared community pool and gardens. Situated in the lovely Spanish village of Bolnuevo and less than 5 minutes’ walk from the beach, restaurants and shops.

The property is set over 2 floors and has 2 balconies and a roof solarium. Downstairs you have a large living room cum dining room, a separate fully fitted kitchen with storage cupboard and laundry room, a shower room and one double bedroom. Both bedrooms upstairs have their own private balconies and there is a large family bathroom. The garden, which is a special feature of this property is private and beautifully maintained.

The property is fitted with good quality air conditioning units.
